The word ("non" Citizen) has been too loosely defined by those who take advantage of it. In the 4 Amendment ( also in the Social Security Benefits act) and in any other US Documentation the word "non"Citizen means: Any immigrant that has "Legally" applied for and has been accepted for a Green Card, Work Visa, Student Visa etc, through the "Legal US Immigration channels and has not been rejected from any applications or denied"legal" entrance into the US.
"NON" Citizen DOES NOT mean those who enter the US Illegally or those that are here with expired "work or student" Visas, or any Criminal or unlawful Immigrants imprisoned, with (or pending) Felony Arrests or criminal records.
We should sue the entire government for Racketeering and for not upholding the swore duties in which they were elected.------------------------
