Dear Mr. Marincic:

Thank you for contacting me to express your views regarding incursions into United States territory by Mexican government personnel. I agree that it is vital that we secure our southern border.

Like you, I believe that America’s safety depends on having the ability to control our borders. As you know, a recent report by the Department of Homeland Security identified 231 incursions by Mexican government personnel over the past decade. Many of these incursions were unintentional, but some appear to have been intentional. The report does not note that sometimes Mexican smugglers are known to disguise themselves as military personnel, so some of these reported incidents may not have actually been Mexican government personnel, but nevertheless the ease with which vehicles can cross the border without authorization is unacceptable. I voted for the Secure Fence Act of 2006 to build a permanent barrier along the border to help prevent illegal immigration, smuggling and incursions. Additionally, I have strongly supported an expansion of the border patrol, including by supporting an extension of government benefits to border patrol agents that will aid the Department in recruitment and retention.

I will continue to work with my colleagues to bring the border under control. I will also carefully monitor reports of future incursions to assess the success of the border security measures recently passed by Congress and to determine whether additional action is necessary.

Kinda the standard prepped response!

This hypocritical schmuck head while voting to support the fence also voted with most Democrats (including Obama, Clinton) and a few of them masquerading as republicans to cutoff actual appropriations for it. He is as much opposed to border security as is Bennie the Clown Thompson (House Homeland Security Committee Chairman, Joe Lieberman (Senate Homeland Security Committee Chairman), Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi and the rest of the walking talking horse's asses, wastes of space, oxygen and taxpayer dollars that populate the nether region called Capital Hell. Schumer authored a book awhile back which he dedicated to the American people where he lambasted members of his own party who placed their own interests ahead of the American people. However this horse's ass who never met a camera he didn't like is one of the biggest supporters of open borders for cheap illegal labor and supports the importation of millions of additional H1B, H2A, H2B and L1 visas. He voted to legalize identity theft by backing S-2611 (Comprehensive Immigration Reform) which would have given social security to illegal aliens who used stolen security numbers. Schumer, Clinton and Obama opposed an amendment by Senator Ensign prior to cloture which would have prohibited illegal aliens with stolen social security numbers from receiving social security and would have labeled the use of stolen ssn's by them a felony even though it already is a class C felony for which Americans currently are imprisoned; separated from their families. Unfortunately this is the 165,000 dollar a year absolute crap we subsidize.
The duplicity, dishonesty and don't give a g-d damn about the American people attitude from these so called "representatives" of the American people is beyond astounding and which is why I keep saying I hope there is a special place in hell for them because of the abject misery and suffering they have inflicted on the American people.
