Ha Ha. Love that Return to Sender Policy!

"Our country will decline economically and will be lost to socialisym if we allow this to happen. We need a "Return to Sender" policy not amnesty."

But the other part you wrote is exactly why I can believe in conspiracy and enemy within theories. Yes we were taught to ridicule these things but I'm seeing it.

After they decimate us they will be crossing into Canada too. Maybe our neighbor to the north would like to help us maintain the integrity of our southern border? If we fall they will be next.

Amnesty? Bureaucrats already drawing up plan to implement
$1 billion, 30-week processing program revealed in leaked 14-page Homeland Security memo

WASHINGTON – The U.S. Citizen and Immigration Services, a division of the Department of Homeland Security, already has drafted a plan for processing 13 million illegal alien applicants for amnesty in a 30-week period at an estimated cost of $1 billion, WND has learned.

The plan, a copy of which was obtained by WND, anticipates the approval of so-called "Comprehensive Immigration Reform" legislation pending in Congress and assumes a nine-month ramp-up period for processing of applications.

The undated draft report anticipates the possibility of the legislation requiring public benefits to amnesty applicants.

"If the statute requires interim benefits while application pending, issue discrete variant of status document (shorter term duration that [sic] if issued after prospective immigrant status granted)," the 14-page memo states.

Under the plan, applicants 14 through 79 years old would be required to submit themselves for photographs, a full set of fingerprints and a signature. A photo and single print would be required for others.

Only one outside contractor is discussed in the memo – Northrop Grumman – and the plan suggests negotiating a contract now, even before the legislation is approved. It also calls for volunteer help at local service centers and field offices.

The last time Washington attempted a push for amnesty under the guise of "Comprehensive Immigration Reform," under President George W. Bush in 2007, the project triggered an outcry from talk radio and the public. It failed as a result. However, the political makeup of the Congress has changed since then, becoming even more Democratic.

Democratic leaders recognize their control of both houses is in jeopardy in the November elections and are determined to pass the amnesty program – though they abhor that word.

Sen. Charles Schumer, D-N.Y., has enlisted evangelical leaders to promote the plan. Democrats are determined to get at least some Republican support for the measure so the party is not held to account for amnesty like it is for another unpopular piece of legislation following the health-care debate that already threatens many Democrat seats.

Even Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., and Sen. Lindsay Graham, R-S.C., formerly vociferous proponents of the plan during the Bush administration, have distanced themselves from efforts in the Senate to revive it.

"You can play a vital role," Schumer told religious leaders including Richard Land of the Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission and Mathew of Liberty Counsel, saying Republicans have great respect for them. "So please, if you could, help us get some Republicans just to sit in a room and talk to us."

Well, if they reward them for invading the country for work, school, benefits and privileges that belong to legal residents and citizens then it looks like the illegals will win and those who want the laws enforced will lose. Now imagine what a travesty that would be if they actually go ahead and legalize millions of illegals, primarily from Mexico. I can even see their pride and how they will laugh at the Gringo and say, "I told ya. Si se puede!"
All things are possible nowadays. Just because something is right, it doesn't mean that it is supported anymore. The Bible says that in the last days, good will be called evil and evil will be called good. It's a shame that's it's happening in our lifetime.

    "Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil;
who put darkness for light, and light for darkness;"

Whatever the number would be, you could probably, on the average, multiply it by 5 immediately. Everyone knows that any amnesty plan will have a family reunification plan attached to it (the Dems won't accept anything less). This will allow the single illegal aliens to bring their spouse and children in. As I said, this process will be immediate.

Now, once the new 'legal immigrants' have been here for five years, they'll then be able to apply for citizenship (naturalization). Once citizenship is obtained, they'll then apply to bring in their mothers, fathers, sisters, and brothers. Of course the parents, brothers and sisters then can file applications for their parents, spouses, and children.

As anyone can clearly see, giving amnesty to 15 million illegal aliens is only the beginning of the end. The future results originating from giving such a large number of folks a path to citizenship will be devastating, to say the least. It's very unfortunate that far too many politicans in Washington refuse to look much further than their current elected term when deciding on the future of our country.

I was just criticized on another post regarding this subject but with relatives included on amnesty total numbers could be in the 30+ million category and with borders not closed another 10 million would continue coming in following years simply no way our economy can deal with that impact.
I'm old with many opinions few solutions.

Ditto MW! Chain migration will allow another 20-30 million, next of kin, into this country over the next 5 to 10 years if an amnesty is ever passed. It will be the death blow of this country as we now know it.

What ever the current number is currently illegally occupying our country, you can easily double or triple that number, conservatively....

    MW,

You have your opinion and I have mine.

While far more Repubs are against amnesty in any form. there are also many Repubs who are against the strict definition of amesty but are okay with illegal aliens staying here on conditions.

The GOP has a policy of wanting guest workers. I believe we are not seeing the groundwork being laid by the GOP shrills like Beck and O'Reilly for a guest worker amnesty. You disagree. That is your right. But is also my right to have my opinions too.

Many GOP big wigs keep saying secure the borders first... what do you think comes after ...first?

I think it is amnesty through a guest worker program.
Take a stand or all there will be left to do is to ask the last person in the country we once called America to lower the flag one last time.

I think this is a very critical time.

I think there is going to be a major amnesty push. but called something else before the Arizona law takes effect.

Once it is shown by Arizona that enforcement works, then all the arguments about how we cannot make illegal aliens self deport will be proved to be wrong.

I bet they try their best to sneak it by us... they will do the deals behind closed doors, and only introduce the bill when they think they have the votes, then pass it quickly before Americans have time to react.

We need to be very, very viligant.

    BB,

I agree with your comments that they will put this together behind closed doors and hold many secret meetings to gather the needed votes and rush this through.

We can only hope that the republicans on capitol hill can keep their radars finely tuned to smell this out and bring it immediately to the publics attention so that voices can be heard.

Nancy Pelosie and Harry Reid have been very, very, low keyed lately which makes me suspect they are purposely keeping themselves out of the public eye while working behind closed doors on an amnesty bill.

The country's attention and the news has been so focused on Arizona's new law they are using that to their advantage to facilitate the upcoming amnesty bill.

We must all remain diligent in monitoring this and at the first signs of a bill being brought forward on amnesty we must get the word out to everybody.

    Arizonaman,

I agree entirely. The pro amnesty forces have been backed into a corner with the Arizona law, and that makes them dangerous.

The question is, will the Dems do a deal with the GOP elite, to limit it to a guest worker amnesty. The GOP gets their cheap labor but it would not give the Dems the new voters they want. Can either party pull it off before the election without risking having the voters of both parties turn on them? I bet both parties are conducting their own polls to try and figure out how to play this.
