    Anti-Illegal "NUKE"

Here's a simple solution for illegal immigration. Just enact a law that makes employing illegals a FELONY, and employers will think twice before hiring someone without a valid government ID.

This may be one of the most powerful tools to stop illegal immigration. It could pretty much "nuke" this illegal immigration problem. I'm surprised that Alipac and other patriotic organizations don't give that a PRIORITY.

That'd surely clean up illegals from most businesses, because all anyone would have to do, would be to call the police and tell them there are illegals working at the local McDonalds (for example), and they'd HAVE TO go there to investigate!

Anyone interested in supporting this solution? And how about it, Alipac; do you have the will to win this war, or is just fighting without a plan for victory, enough for you?

Yeah, we need more people who want to WIN this "war", not just keep repealing Amnesty "attacks" in Congress.

Local police will not investigate illegal aliens unless you are in only a few jurisdictions.

Also, you would need direct evidence that they were illegal aliens for police to even consider your report.

Without direct evidence they are illegals, you would be asking for racial profiling which is not part of ALIPAC's agenda and illegal as well.

    Employer Sanctions Final Orders

    US Citizenship and Immigration Services

The Immigration Reform and Control Act (IRCA) of 1986 (P.L. 99-603), was passed in order to control and deter illegal immigration to the United States. One major provision of IRCA is sanctions for employers, making it unlawful for any person knowingly to hire, recruit, or refer for fee any alien not authorized to work in the United States.

The Employer Sanctions list provided on this site is a summary of the Final Orders issued to companies fined for hiring persons not authorized to work in the United States. Immigration district offices issue the Final Order and the Debt Management Center is then authorized to process and collect the debt receivables. To better assist you in interpreting the data on the list, an explanation of each column is summarized below

We already have federal law on the books; not sure if it is a felony or not. The problem is that it is up to the Executive Branch of US government to determine how much enforcement to apply to this area. We think it has been very inadequate. Still there have ben employers sent to prison for employing illegal aliens and/or engaging in document fraud. Have you not read the articles on this website? But perhaps there should also be state laws to the same effect and various state legislatures have been working on those.

One felony that is almost always overlooked and should put many illegal aliens into the deportable criminal category ( even though they all should be deported) is failure to register for selective service. Many younger males streaming in across the border are guilty of this. If they come in the first time over the age of 26 they are not guilty. But if they are between 18 and 26 anytime they are in the country they must register and to not do so is a federal FELONY. We need to get our governments to recognize the seriousness of this crime and add it in as a criminal offense, even if the US government is reluctant to take action.

W, that's as it is now. But if employing illegals would be a felony, then you'd be calling police not to report an illegal alien, which is an ICE matter, but a federal crime commited by the employer, which is a regular crime over which local police has jurisdiction. That'd be some kind of labor violation, like racial discrimination.

And in that case you wouldn't need direct evidence, since I believe police is required to respond to felony reports, even if they're anonymous.

What exactly, would be considered direct evidence?
