Any Evidence the Oregon Mall Shooter is a Dream Act Amnesty kid?

He is about the age of most Dream Amnesty activists and in this article it says....

Oregon Mall Shooter Jacob Roberts Quit Job, Was Going to Hawaii - ABC News

His Facebook photo showed graffiti in which the words "Follow Your Dreams" were painted over with the word "Cancelled."
Jacob Tyler Roberts born in 1990 so he recently graduated.

Perhaps he is a Dream activist that does not qualify for Obama's DACA?

But he told them he had inherited money for a relative and planned to use it to go to Hawaii, travel and see if he wanted to live there. On his Facebook profile, Roberts wrote that he worked at a gyro shop and attended Clackamas Community College. 'I'm the kind of person that is going to do what I want,' he wrote. In a press conference on Wednesday, Clackamas Country Sheriff Craig Roberts revealed there were not more victims at the mall - where 10,000 people were shopping - as the killer's gun jammed. But Roberts got the weapon working again and ran down a corridor, taking steps to a lower level and then shooting himself dead. The sheriff said the gunman was also hindered in his efforts to kill more people by a fast police response, quick thinking from shoppers and a recently-rehearsed mall lockdown.Victims: Cindy Yuille, 54, and Steven Forsyth, 45, were both shot dead in the food court of the mallLoss: Yuille's family described her as 'a wonderful, caring person who put others first'Adventurer: Her husband, pictured, said she loved the outdoors and was 'not a mall person''At this time we do not understand the motive of this attack,' the sheriff said, adding the suspect did not appear know his victims: 'No apparent relationship between the suspect and his victims.'Authorities have searched Roberts' Portland home and his car, a 1996 VW Jetta which was parked outside Macy's at the mall. They would not discuss their findings. He does not appear to have a criminal history in Oregon, according to court records, and had only two speeding tickets earlier this year.Roberts' mother answered her door at her Portland home on Wednesday, but declined to comment to a reporter from The Oregonian. 'I loved my son very much,' she said. The families of the victims also released statements about their slain loved ones.Senseless: A victim of the Tuesday shooting at Clackamas Town Center is tended to by paramedicsForsyth's family described him as a loving husband and father of two who had 'a great sense of humour and zest for life'.He had 'true entrepreneurial spirit that drove him to start his business' and also helped out as a youth sports coach.Emergency: Police, fire, and EMTSs raced to the Clackamas Town Center where a gunman opened fire on holiday shoppersHorrifying: The gunman is believed to have worn a white hockey mask like Jason's from Friday the 13thYuille, a California native who moved to Oregon in 1995, was a hospice nurse at Kaiser Permanente, where she met her second husband, Robert Yuille, the Oregonian reported. She had a 23-year-old daughter and 13-year-old stepson who said she loved the outdoor activities on offer throughout the state. Her family said she was 'not a mall person' and had visited the shops for a few last-minute items when she was killed.Yuille's family asked for time to grieve for the loss of 'a wonderful person who was very caring and put others first'.The gunman opened fire around 3.30pm on Tuesday after shouting 'I am the shooter', witnesses said. He then fired a series of rapid shots as Christmas music played in the background.Thousands of shoppers at the Clackamas Town Center fled for their lives, while others hid in changing rooms or among store displays, and the mall Santa ducked for cover. He was 'neutralized' at 4.50pm after the mall was placed on lock-down with all entrances blocked as police and SWAT teams searched the stores.Clackamas Country Sheriff Craig Roberts told NBC: 'It's very apparent he had a mission set forth to take the lives of people in that mall.'The mall is supposed to be a place where we can take our families. He took the lives of two people and a young lady is at the hospital fighting for her life right now.'Details: Clackamas County Sherriff Craig Roberts talks about the killings at a press conference todayRoute: The Clackamas County Sherriff explains the killer's route from his vehicle to the food hall to his deathThe wounded victim, 15-year-old girl Kristina Shevchenko, was taken by helicopter to a hospital where a spokeswoman said she was in serious condition. She underwent surgery to have bullet fragments removed and has now been upgraded to stable condition. She will need to undergo further surgeries, authorities said.It is the girl's second brush with death in recent months, her family revealed in a statement. She survived a head-on car collision earlier this year when she was one of nine in a vehicle in her family.Kristina regularly walked through the mall to get home from school, her family said.In a Facebook posting on Tuesday night, her brother Yevgeniy Shevchenko said: 'She is stable and sleeping. You hear on the news about tragic things like this and you never expect it to happen to one of your loved ones.'For something like this to happen during the holiday season is heartbreaking. It really makes you want to keep all of your family close because you never know what can happen.'The incident began at 3.29pm when emergency dispatchers received a flurry of calls reporting that a gunman had opened fire near the mall's food court with an AR-15.Witness Austin Patty, 20, who works at Macy's, said he saw a man in a white mask carrying a rifle and wearing a bulletproof vest before the gunfire broke out.He heard the gunman say, 'I am the shooter,' as if announcing himself, Patty said. He then fired several shots paced seconds apart. Patty said he ducked to the ground, then ran.Another Macy's worker, Pam Moore, told The Associated Press the gunman was short, with dark hair, dressed in camouflage. He had body armor and a rifle.Other witnesses told the New York Daily News that he started firing his military-style weapon just outside Macy's in the food court of Clackamas Town Center.Fourteen-year-old Hannah Baggs, leaving the mall, looked directly at the gunman just moments before he entered and opened fire.'He was 10 feet away from us, wearing a white mask and carrying something heavy with both hands,' Hannah, a freshman at LaSalle High School, told The Oregonian.Horror: An image taken inside the mall shows glass shattered by bullets. I was scared, but I didn't tell my mom because I didn't want to get her upset.'Evan Walters told the station he was shopping with friends when the shooting began.'It was kind of surreal because we hear pops and loud noises all the time because we're right here by the food court, but it's never been anything like that,' he told KATU.'It was very definite gun shots. I think most all of us knew it was gunshots. There really was no rhyme or reason to them. There were many in a row.'Brance Wilson, the mall Santa, said he heard gunshots and dived onto the floor. By the time he looked up, seconds later, everyone around him had cleared out.'I heard two shots and got out of the chair,' he said. 'I thought a red suit was a pretty good target.'Securing the scene: A law enforcement official at Clackamas Town Center on TuesdayHurt: Law enforcement confirmed there had been fatalities and several injuries but could not specify the numberMerchandise was scattered in some stores as he made his way to the door. He said: 'Santa will be back. It's not going to keep Santa away from the mall.'Hundreds of shoppers and employees stampeded out of the mall while dozens of others tried to reach safety through an exit in the department store. An estimated 100 law enforcement personnel descended on the mall, including local police, state troopers and four tactical weapons teams, supported by members of the FBI and Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.Nearby roads had been closed by police but crews were preparing to reopen the I-205 southbound off-ramp to Sunnyside Road as of 5.15pm.http://www.capitalbay.com/headline/280701-photos-of-jacob-tyler-roberts-oregon-shopping-mall-gunman-who-snapped-after-missing-his-flight-to-hawaii.html
