Help Save Maryland Action Alert

The Maryland State budget is now $500 million more in the red than expected for the next two years, with an estimated total deficit of $1.1 billion. Layoffs of state employees are coming along with additional cuts in services and programs. The MD unemployment rate is now 6.2% and rising. Its a time when our legislators in Annapolis should be working together to help our citizens and hold down spending. Dream On!!

The Democratic leadership in Annapolis is looking to add an additional $500,000 to the State debt by passing a bill to fund a new facility for an organization called the Latino Economic Development Corporation (LEDC). Like CASA of Maryland this group provides free $$$$$ to Latinos only (including illegal aliens) so they can purchase a home or open a business.

Organizations like LEDC are part of the national mortgage crisis as they loaned taxpayer $$$$ to non-citizens who have now defaulted on their loans. Why would anyone want to give additional $$$ to an organization like this. Citizens are losing their jobs and homes, and can't afford to send their children to college. We need to stop this fiscal madness! No new facility for LEDC!

About LEDC
http://www.ledcdc.org/en/about-ledc

LEDC's board of directors is chock full of CASA of Maryland spinoffs. Their mission is anti-citizen and pro-illegal alien. Its yet another rat hole organization for our tax dollars to attract and support illegal aliens in Maryland.

Please come to Annapolis this Saturday March 14, at 9am to testify against Senate Bill 460. (Arrive at 8am) Its the "usual suspects" of supporters for this terrible bill. Same group supporting In-State Tuition and Drivers Licenses for Illegal Aliens.
