The U.S. Senators who have been demanding answers from the Administration about a rumored administrative amnesty have now revealed shocking memos from top Obama officials.

They show Obama Administration officials offering a detailed plan that would offer actual or de facto amnesty to millions of illegal aliens without Congress ever taking a vote.

In this way, the Administration would be able to reap the thanks of all the cheap-labor, outlaw industries relying on illegal labor, as well as the entire pro-illegal voter base.

But no Member of Congress would have a vote for amnesty on his/her record while facing elections.

A day after a federal judge ruled that the people of Arizona can't enforce immigration laws against illegal aliens, this memo shows a grand plan for the Obama Administration to ensure that most illegal aliens get work permits, keep their jobs and prevent unemployed Americans from getting the jobs instead.

USCIS Memo Details Administration's Plan to Provide Mass Amnesty Through Administrative Actions

A newly revealed memo, obtained by Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) who is leading the fight against amnesty, shows Obama Administration officials offering a detailed plan that would offer actual or de facto amnesty to millions of illegal aliens without Congress ever taking a vote.

The 11-page memo, drafted by Chief of Policy and Strategy for U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Denise Vanison, outlines the various ways to offer a mass amnesty to the nation's 11-18 million illegal aliens through the use of administrative actions. The stated purpose of the memo is to offer "administrative relief options to promote family unity, foster economic growth, achieve significant process improvements and reduce the threat of removal for certain individuals present in the United States without authorization."

"The memo proposes 18 different ways for the Obama Administration to essentially eliminate our borders through regulatory fiat and in clear violation of the letter and the spirit of U.S. immigration laws, which Obama swore an oath to faithfully execute," said NumbersUSA's Director of Government Relations Rosemary Jenks.

The memo is an alternative plan to amnesty "in the absence of Comprehensive Immigration Reform." In addition to using deferred action and parole, which were previously identified in two separate letters drafted by Sen. Grassely and signed by 11 other Senators (read the first and second letters), the memo outlines ways that USCIS can extend benefits and protections to individuals and groups of people by lessening the standards used in "extreme hardship" cases.

Item 4 in the memo outlines ways the Obama Administration can provide amnesty for millions of illegal aliens through the "extreme hardship" provision. It would "encourage many more spouses, sons, and daughters of U.S. citizens and lawful permanent residents to seek relief without fear of removal. It would also increase the likelihood that such relief would be granted." Section 4 reads:

Lessen the Standard for Demonstrating "Extreme Hardship"

The Act at 212(a)(9)(B)(i)(I) and (II) renders inadmissible for 3 or 10 years individuals who have been unlawfully present in the U.S. for 180 days or one year respectively, and then depart. By statute, DHS has discretion to waive these grounds of inadmissibility for spouses, sons and daughters of U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents if the refusal to admit such individuals would result in extreme hardship to their qualifying relatives. Generally, the "extreme hardship" standard has been narrowly construed by USCIS.

To increase the number of individuals applying for waivers, and improve their chances of receiving them, CIS could issue guidance or a regulation specifying a lower evidentiary standard for "extreme hardship." This would promote family unity, and avoid the significant human and financial costs associated with waiver denial decisions born of an overly rigid standard. This revised standard would also complement expanded use of PIP as set forth in B.

In addition to lessening the standard for demonstrating "extreme hardship", the memo details many more options that "have the potential to result in meaningful immigration reform absent legislative action."

Other options include: allowing aliens in the United States under Temporary Protected Status to adjust their status to Legal Permanent Resident, extending "grace periods" to leave the country for aliens on temporary work visa, changing the distribution time line for temporary workers on the H-2B visa, and granting up to 240 additional days on applications for employment authorization when the application is filed before the work authorization expiration date.

Denise Vanison has been an immigration attorney for more than 18 years. She advised multi-national and domestic corporate clients on employment of foreign nationals in the United States, I-9 employment verification and procurement of passports, visas, green cards and U.S. citizenship.

The memo was drafted for Director of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Director Alejandro Mayorkas. In addition to Denise Vanison, Roxana Bacon from the Chief Councel's office, Debra Rogers from Field Operations, and Donald Neufield from Service Center Operations were also listed as authors of the memo.

That is what they are hoping...that is also why we need to be vigilant until we can get through this first election and then through his re election in 2012..if we can't get im out before then ..We will have a very long hard fight on our hands ...They are going to pull out all the stops, they are going to try every rotten thing they can, tell lots of lies, & etc to deter us..So be prepared. Just know that we have the Constitution on our side it may take time but slowly and surely might will win out.... after all Bullheadedness and Determination, isn't that what this Country and its people are about!!!!.....

Sic: Take a break, relax, and re-charge your batteries. This battle is a marathon not a sprint. I've been involved with the immigration issue for 20 years, so I don't get too worked up over today's headlines, the daily victories and defeats. Instead I focus on the big picture. I see how far the movement has come in 20 years. And how we're getting stronger and more powerful every day.

As I said, NO ONE IS LISTENING. I sent my fax but know it will do absolutely NO GOOD. No one in Washington is listening to us anymore. They are doing what they want to do and don't care what we think.

Obama is going to pass amnesty whether or not it throws this country in to a civil war. He doesn't care if is destroys this nation because that is his goal.

All these so called politico's that seem to be so outraged at Obama haven't really said a word about impeachment. Maybe they don't have enough votes but there will be plenty of support and we need to know who stands with the American People.

I read this PDF, and it appears as if everything was set up previously in earlier years so the present communist in charge could just take over and do it all without the congress, and I submit the congress doesn't want to be involved because then they leave a paper trail for us to see who the traitors are, this way allowing the pres to do it all leaves them open to say they never supported it and they can get away with it because there are no records of them supporting it. Over the last 20 years everything has been done in the dark of night to give all power over to the pres, there is no representation of the American People, and therefore the republic is dead, the US Constitution is useless. This is the move to the North American Union, they are just taking over whether we like it or not, just like they did in the European Union, they just take because they can, and as the communist manifesto states, the power is through the barrel of a gun, and now the communist have the gun and have had it for quite a while now. The question is, when are we going to call their bluff, they can't put us all in jail. Either we get in the streets and get mean and make them fear us like the gov is supposed to fear the people, or we are laying down and taking it, and if that is what we are going to do, then stop whining about being a victim. If someone robs your house are going to stand there and let them rape your wife, kill your kids or are you going to defend what is yours through whatever means it takes?

All these people say, be calm, wait till the elections, well that is what they said in 2004, and in 2008 and now again, is it changing? No is isn't.

I'll tell you what, not crap, we are connected and committed to " THE NEW WORLD OF GLOBALISM " which is world communism, read the UN documents, this is the plan, we have signed on and if we back out now, anything remaining will be immediately pulled and we will be a nation under full attack by the other communist countries that have also signed onto this agenda, and the bad news is, it is all of the industrialized countries, they are all stealing their citizens wealth and giving it away, when people receive free money they are easily brainwashed into thinking the communist agenda is good, and along with the indoctrinated youth, we have quite a battle on our hands, it might take 30 years to turn this crap around, maybe even 50. PCIsm needs to be the first thing to go, that is what proceeded this very long downfall and we all knew it would lead to communism, we've known it for 25 years, and we did nothing to stop it, we didn't go to the city halls and rally then when we needed to, we just ignored it and thought everything would change on it's own, but it hasn't and now we and our kids and even our grand kids are going to pay dearly for this. What a shame.
