Supreme Court Ruling Forces Release of 2,837 Alien Sex Offenders

Some people need to be slapped. Is there no common sense left in this country? You would think that, at the very least, we would find some common sense with Supreme Court Justices. Evidently this is not the case. A Government Accountability Office report was released Thursday that admits the release of over 2,800 alien sex offenders back into our communities. How does that make you feel?
CNSNews.com reports:
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has released 2,837 convicted criminal alien sex offenders back into American communities in order to comply with a Supreme Court decision authored by Clinton-appointed Justice Stephen Breyer, according to a new report by the Government Accountability Office (GAO).
The 2,837 sex offenders represented five percent of the 59,347 deportable aliens that have been released from detention under the supervision of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), according to the GAO report, which was released Thursday.
“There are circumstances in which criminal aliens who have been ordered removed from the United States – including those convicted of a sex offense – cannot be removed,” the report states. “For example, a criminal alien may not be removed because the designated country will not accept the alien’s return.”
The GAO report refers to the 2001 Supreme Court case Zadvydas v. Davis to explain why ICE is required to release foreigners who have been convicted of sex crimes. In its 5-4 decision, the court ruled that the indefinite detention of removable aliens for greater than six months is unconstitutional unless there is “significant likelihood of removal in the reasonably foreseeable future.”

What? So if we can’t deport them then we must release them?
Allow me to put on my bigot hat and tick some people off. These people are two things. They are illegals and they are sex offenders. In my book neither of those two classes of people have rights in my country.
The only right that I would be willing to bestow on them would be the right to fairly have a mudhole stomped into their backside and I would be happy to oblige.

What is wrong with a country that is more concerned with the rights of alien criminals than the rights of its ownlegal citizens?

This is beyond outrageous. I realize that some sex offenses are more serious than others but you can certainly bet that there are pedophiles in this group of 2,837. If one of these people touches any of my kids there is going to be hell to pay. I don’t mind going to prison for a just cause.
America you have to get obnoxiously loud. These things are happening at such a rapid pace that even big stories like this get lost in the shuffle.
I am almost speechless. How can this be a good idea?
Here’s a simple question and just answer it with common sense. Let’s say that one of these guys is from Russia. I call up Mr. Putin and say, “Hey Vlad. I was going to let this child molester go but I have decided to send him back to Russia instead.”
Do you think Putin would simply let this clown run free on Russia’s streets? I don’t. In fact if you go back and read the quote again, these sex offenders are often times not wanted back by their own countries. So by all means let’s release them and let them run free in our streets. This is America.
We want to chase Edward Snowden all over the world because he caught some government servants with their hands in the cookie jar. But we would be remiss if we didn’t let these dog sodomizers and child molesters regain their freedom and move in next door to the Garrison clan.
Get angry America. Fell free to rant below if you feel the need. I have children and I don’t appreciate this one bit. Keep in mind, that even in cases where they may have “done the time” they are still not legal to be here.
Take your ruling and shove it straight up your…
And I’m sure you might find one of these guys who would be willing to help.
