Patriots could not help but feel betrayed at how President Joe Biden's Department of Justice handled the dispute between the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and Republican Texas Gov. Greg Abbott, who installed razor wire to prevent illegal border crossings. Earlier in the week, the Supreme Court voted to allow Border Patrol agents to cut through the barrier Texas installed on the U.S.-Mexico border as part of the state's effort to curb the overwhelming migrant invasion.
The 5-4 decision granted the Biden administration's emergency request that argued Texas was preventing agents from carrying out their duties and hindering them from "reaching migrants who have already crossed over the border into the United States."
Following the ruling, it started trending on social media that the Texas governor has chosen to "ignore" or "defy" the Supreme Court by continuing to erect fencing in Eagle Pass. However, analysts argued that Abbott is not violating anything. "SCOTUS vacated an order against the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) that stopped the Feds from cutting down razor fencing along the border. Critics further pointed out how the current regime is being favored by the dual-tiered justice system. For one, Biden habitually circumvents, ignores, defies, attacks and demeans SCOTUS while Democrats cheer him on along the way. "Senate leaders and 'dark money' fake media organizations like ProPublica have poured millions into de-legitimizing and smearing the court to undermine its authority," the writeup also said. "Now, Biden has the power to ratchet up the fight, take federal control of the border and implement any policy he desires or, more specifically, any non-policy he desires. The Biden administration is standing in the way of Texas' efforts to enforce state and federal law." It is true what they say that with what his regime is doing, a constitutional crisis is no longer far-fetched in America.
More or less five million foreigners, mostly males between the ages of 18 and 40, have illegally crossed into the U.S. since Biden assumed office. This doesn’t include the "gotaways" – illegals who cross over under the radar of Border Patrol rather than giving themselves up and claiming "asylum."
Independent journalist Leo Hohmann, in his Substack newsletter, opined that the current border policy opens the country for an invasion of military-aged men, who by all accounts appear well-fed and well-clothed. And the SCOTUS being so open to welcoming illegals could now be blamed. "It was made possible by a Trump-appointed justice, Amy Coney Barrett, who along with Chief Justice John Roberts voted with the Marxist wing of the court," he said. "It seems that in almost every crucial decision, either Justice Barrett or Justice Kavanaugh sells conservatives out. This latest decision outs Barrett as an outright traitor to her country."
Obama, Bush and Clinton unite to fly migrants into America

A non-government organization (NGO) has been reportedly formed by former Presidents Barack Obama, George W. Bush and Bill Clinton with the sole purpose of flying migrants from Cuba, Haiti, Venezuela, Ukraine and Nicaragua to communities across the United States.
According to a report by Just The News, the three ex-presidents colluded with two other organizations, American Express Global Business Travel and Welcome.US to form the group Miles4Migrants so that they could expand upon a previous effort that focused on importing Afghan refugees following the disastrous withdrawal of American forces from Afghanistan in 2021. Even before 2021, the United States has imported tens of thousands of Afghan refugees, some of whom have been involved in horrific crimes. Welcome.US is also linked to billionaire George Soros' Open Society Foundation through some of his board members sitting on their "National Welcome Council."
"Donations are needed to fund the flights for newcomers to travel to the U.S.," the initiative's webpage wrote. "Those forced to flee often leave behind all but what they can carry, and the costs of international travel can be prohibitive. Welcome Connect Travel removes the cost of travel as a barrier for both sponsors in the United States and the displaced families they are supporting through humanitarian sponsorship." This new effort by the NGO is in addition to ongoing importation efforts by the Biden regime, with the DHS chartering flights to bring illegals further into the interior of the United States.
