Biden Regime Allows Previously Deported Illegal Immigrants to Immediately Apply for New Legal Status

Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is allowing illegal aliens who were formerly deported and then returned to apply for new legal status in a move that encourages lawlessness and will let more criminals into the country.
“This is like the ‘don’t ask, don’t tell.’ We won’t ask you where you’ve been during your inadmissible period, and you don’t tell us. It’s sheer craziness,” said Emilio Gonzalez, who ran U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) under former President George W. Bush.
The DHS now says it is “irrelevant” if illegals had crossed the border yet again after being deported. Previously, these types of applications would have been automatically denied by USCIS unless the illegals had been outside of the country for at least ten years. The DHS’ new interpretation of the rule has reversed this former precedent.
Big League Politics has reported on DHS admitting the border problem is the worst it has been in decades or perhaps ever as border agents revolt against Biden’s disgusting policies:
“Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas met with Border Patrol agents from the Yuma sector on Wednesday, and it was a disastrous meeting in which border patrol agents expressed their extreme frustration with the Biden regime’s policies.
Townhall obtained the audio from the meeting in which Mayorkas paid lip service to the concerns of the border patrol agents.
The border patrol agents were not satisfied with Mayorkas’ empty rhetoric. One border patrol agent even turned his back on Mayorkas out of disgust.
“Let me just say, you can turn your back on me but I won’t turn my back on you,” Mayorkas said in response to the agent who flagrantly disrespected him.
As agents continued to grill him, Mayorkas was eventually forced to admit to them that the situation has deteriorated under the Biden regime into perhaps the worst border crisis in U.S. history.
“Look, it’s worse now than it, frankly, has been in at least 20 years, if not ever,” Mayorkas said…
The Biden regime put this weakling into a position of authority because they knew he would be futile in stopping illegal immigration. They are purposefully allowing criminals to flood the border to soften the country up for civilizational destruction and permanent Democrat rule.”
The Biden regime is crippling America on every front by design. This is not happening due to incompetence or by coincidence. This illegitimate coup regime is out to destroy the nation and working to do so at breakneck speed.
