Of course, all of the vote counting in Philly took place behind closed doors.

Joe Biden and the corrupt Marxist machine is trying to steal Pennsylvania with illegal ballot harvesting and massive midnight mail-in ballot dumps.

But their plans are crumbling.

The Pennsylvania House GOP members tomorrow (Tuesday) will call for a legislative-led audit of the 2020 election and demand election results not be certified, nor electors be seated, until the audit is complete,” according to a press release.

First Trump’s campaign on Monday evening filed a lawsuit in Pennsylvania alleging “creation and implementation of illegal ‘two-tiered’ voting system for the election.”

“Voters in Pennsylvania were held to different standards simply based on how they chose to cast their ballot, and we believe this two-tiered election system resulted in potentially fraudulent votes being counted without proper verification or oversight,” Matt Morgan, Trump’s general counsel said.

US Attorney General Bill Barr authorized federal prosecutors to pursue “substantial allegations” of voting irregularities before the 2020 presidential election is certified, per the Associated Press.

“In a memo to U.S. attorneys … Barr wrote that investigations ‘may be conducted if there are clear and apparently-credible allegations of irregularities that, if true, could potentially impact the outcome of a federal election in an individual State.’”

Republican Attorneys General Taking Legal Action over Pennsylvania Mail-in Ballots

Republican attorneys general from across the U.S. are taking legal action in Pennsylvania to challenge mail-in ballots.

Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry, Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt, and Oklahoma Attorney General Mike Hunter spoke about the subject during a virtual press conference Monday afternoon.

“We have constantly reminded the American people that we represent and stand up for the rule of law,” Landry, the chairman of the Republican Attorneys General Association, said. “As such, we believe the voting system should be free of outside, undue influence.”

Landry compared President Donald Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden’s presidential race to “referees getting to change the rules midway through the football game.”

“We believe that’s exactly what the Pennsylvania Supreme Court did,” Landry said.

Schmitt, who was instrumental in bringing this brief forward, said the attorneys general filed this brief Monday “seeking the Supreme Court to take the Pennsylvania case and then reverse the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s decision.”

In the brief, Schmitt said they highlighted the issue of “separation of powers,” specifically to state legislatures “granting time, place, and manner” for their state’s frameworks.

Schmitt said the state Supreme Court “overstepped” its bounds when dealing with the state legislature.

Schmitt also said the brief dealt with “election integrity,” and called mail-in ballots the “most likely form of fraud.”

He then cited a recent case in Missouri where a local official was indicted for ballot fraud.

Hunter called the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s actions “one of the most breathtaking abuses of judicial authority.”
He then explained that the group as attorneys general had a responsibility to “address that kind of abuse of judicial authority” because it can affect election outcomes not just in Pennsylvania but nationwide.

“We are seeking the Supreme Court to take this case,” Schmitt said. “We think this is a very, very important case.”

Before the election, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court said it would allow mail-in ballots to be counted post-Election Day without evidence of a postmark. The state Supreme Court also ruled before the election that ballots cannot be tossed over a mismatched signature.

Ken Starr: Pennsylvania Ballot Extension 'Constitutional Travesty'

The disputed Pennsylvania ballot extension forced by state courts over the legislature is a "constitutional travesty," according to famed prosecutor Ken Starr.

"What happened in Pennsylvania over these recent weeks is a constitutional travesty," Starr told Fox News' "Life, Liberty & Levin." "Gov. [Tom] Wolf tries to get his reforms, his vision, as he was entitled to do, through the legislature of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He failed.
"He then goes to the state Supreme Court, which by a divided vote, accepted the substance of what Gov. Wolf was doing, and then added thereon nooks and crannies as well."

Starr also noted it is a "crime" to "count every vote," because counting "illegal" votes violates the Constitution and state law.

"To count every vote may be a crime," Starr told host Mark Levin. "It may even be a crime under federal law. It's definitely a crime under state law, if that's as said – and here's the key word – illegal.

"And it's shameful that Vice President [Joe] Biden's people and the vice president himself are saying 'Count Every Vote' and selling a lot of T-shirts. That is a potential invitation for absolute lawlessness."
Starr said he knew of a situation where a widow cast a ballot for her deceased husband.

"A recently widowed woman knew how her late husband would vote," Starr said. "He was deceased, that's a human tragedy.

"What's a travesty is she cast his vote for him. We call that absentee ballots? No, we call that an illegal ballot."

The case that might be brought before the Supreme Court may argue a number of votes in Pennsylvania be thrown out as "illegal" for a number of reasons, including being cast late, being cast illegally, not separated as guided by Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito, and not have been counted with "meaningful" monitoring as required by law.
