Smith - well, I would have to see it but it would be a different bill.

Need immigrants who will contribute.

Rebecca - you mention courts.

Lamar Smith - Guardedly optimistic. Trump appointing judges and Supreme Court more favorable.

Caller Bill - Australia, if you want to apply for citizenship, need to have profession or money or contribute something. President Trump wants skilled people.
