TAKE ACTION

Sen. Orrin Hatch has introduced S. 169, the Immigration Innovation Act of 2013 (also called the "I-Squared Act of 2013").

This legislation would increase the number of H-1B workers who are allowed to live and work in the United States to as many as 300,000.

This is particularly outrageous when America simply does not need more high tech and STEM workers:
U.S. drug firms have eliminated 300,000 jobs since 2000
Tech layoffs were up 260% from 2011 to 2012
1.8 million Americans with engineering degrees can't find a job
12.2% of college graduates under 30 can't find a job of any kind
Only 6% of H-1B visa holders are declared "fully competent" by USCIS

Please send a fax to your U.S. Senators and urge them to oppose this legislation. America simply doesn't need more foreign workers. The NumbersUSA Action Team
