"Chinese immigrants commonly pay smugglers upward of $40,000 each to lead them from their homeland to the United States, Mr. Jimarez said. In comparison, he said, illegal immigrants from Mexico commonly pay $1,500 to $3,000."

"In 2009, 11,628 of the Tucson sector’s 241,673 arrests were non-Mexican — nearly 5 percent, Mr. Jimarez said. Only when the sector noticed the influx did it tally the number of Chinese entering in recent years." just the tucson sector

"Border Patrol spokesperson Rene Noriega stated that the number of other-than-Mexican detentions has grown by 42 percent. Most of the non-Mexican migrants are from El Salvador and other parts of Central America, she said, but added that agents have picked up people from all over the world, including the former Soviet Union, Asia and the Middle East."

    lets be honest

    1. mexico is not an attraction for immigrants wanting to go to mexico...the demand is USA....IF AMERICAN companies would not hire illegals there wont be a problem

    2. does mexico have 10 to 20 million illegals? how can a country with 1/7 of americas gdp can perform better in keeping illegals out?

    3. like everything. corrupted officials, employers are the ones killing the country,

    4. this whole issue to ME...IS RACISTS because for 20 years the republicans and democrats DID NOT FINE NO ONE FOR hiring illegals and all of the sudden..that they have a recession illegals are the problem.

    5. americans have it backwards.

fine the employers and illegals would go on their own. promise.

...protecting your uncles, daddies, brothers, paint, siding, brick, carpenters, landscaping, etc etc company speak out.

thats why these whole issue is a lie
at least for that reform...for finding a solution.

if mexicos immigration laws are so strict...why

are non mexicans increasing on americas border?

if mexico truelly wanted to be corrupted to the extent of the word..it would ask
oboma for some train bullets...and have central americans, asians, africans pay the mexican goverment money directly to the mexican treasury. those 5,000 to 50,000 dollars a head..

Actually, as of the last few months, I've been assisting and consulting with more U.S. states to "mirror" Mexico's immigration laws... it becomes more difficult for the illegal activists to scream American racism when the immigration laws of U.S. states are mirrored after Mexico's... this means the majority of illegal activists would have to scream "racist" at their own country

A crackdown should go to ALL businesses that hire illegals!! Arrrest the employers and sut their businesses down! Same goes for banks that give out loans to illegals!
