Sen. Specter doubts fence bill will pass!

Sen. Specter (R-PA) said he doubted that the 700-mile fence bill will be passed by the Senate (heard it on the news tonight). A few Republicans and a senate full of Democrats don't won't to lose their bargaining tool for an amnesty bill! It's a shame that some of these politicians insist on playing politics with our national security!

Yes, it's a shame. Guess they will have plenty to cry about when they lose their jobs.

Specter will try and block this any way he can. If he passed these bills, he would lose any bargaining power he had.
This is sad. At least in these next few weeks, these traitors are going to show their true colors. (not that they haven't already)
It wasn't until this week that Republican Specter and Democratic Leader Reid (D-NV) publicly confirmed that their main interest in enforcement is as something to help them gain amnesties and guestworkers.

    k

I would be crushed. I'm counting on it. Less cousins, grandmas, aunts, etc... coming to join other families in Waukegan, IL.

I'll contact who I have to contact from Illinois.

I just want to wring Specter's neck when I hear this stuff...holding our security hostage. It isn't necessary to hold up the fence building because there are many other aspects to immigration reform that will need to be worked out...all the interior enforcement stuff.... the Senate will have plenty of opportunity to try to sell us all out again on amnesty.

Senator Specter and other shamnesty senators will probably not be among the supporters of a fence on the border.

Maybe this is their way of inviting us to Washington for a protest.

One day it's on, next day it's off. On-off on-off. What's wrong with these people ? Are they all crazy ?

I'm beginning to wonder how they find their way to work everyday. No wonder they're absent from their jobs so much. There are probably days where they just get lost on the way.

BTW, has anyone checked attendance lately on these bozos who we're over-paying while they underpay us ?

Maybe we're the bozos for putting up with them.

These traitors are pathetic! I sent Nancy Pelosi an email today. Told her that the democrats and the republicans were so obvious as to why they vote against the fence and want amnesty. To sell our country out for a vote! Americans do not want to go in their so called "new direction"...for the direction they want to take us in will be the end of America as we know it.

I told her that all democrats and relpublicans that want to sell their country out for a vote or big business will soon be voted out of office!
If not now...as soon as they are up for re-election. All of you that are for amnesty are traitors and I told her so!
There is no time left to be nice!
Please help save America for our children and grandchildren... they are counting on us. THEY DESERVE the goodness of AMERICA not to be given to those who are stealing our children's future! ... and a congress who works for THEM!

Spector has been hopeless on the immigration issue. Santorum has been pretty good, but he is in a very close race with Casey who is very popular because his father was a popular governor here. Casey is for the amnesty. So, if Casey wins Santorum's senate seat, we will have two losers here.
