Thread: California Penal code 834B

California Penal code 834B is practically the same thing as the law Governeor Jan Brewer passed in Arizona to deal with illegal immigration. Then why are so many California cities picking on Arizona and wanting to boycott it? LOL!

SECTION 113

113. (a) Any person who manufactures or sells any false government document with the intent to conceal the true citizenship or resident alien status of another person is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by imprisonment in a county jail for one year. Every false government document that is manufactured or sold in violation of this section may be charged and prosecuted as a separate and distinct violation, and consecutive sentences may be imposed for each violation.

(b) A prosecuting attorney shall have discretion to charge a defendant with a violation of this section or any other law that applies.

(c) As used in this section, "government document" means any document issued by the United States government or any state or local government, including, but not limited to, any passport, immigration visa, employment authorization card, birth certificate, driver's license, identification card, or social security card.

113. Any person who manufactures, distributes or sells false documents to conceal the true citizenship or resident alien status of another person is guilty of a felony, and shall be punished by imprisonment in the state prison for five years or by a fine of seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000).SECTION 114

114. Any person who uses false documents to conceal his or her true citizenship or resident alien status is guilty of a felony, and shall be punished by imprisonment in the state prison for five years or by a fine of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000).

Man...with over a MILLION illegal aliens in California creating and using fraudulent documents...we could really stimulate California's dead economy just by going after these losers and making them pay up! Charge Mexico for their fines and if they don't pay.... then ...sanctions, baby!!! Like closing a Mexican consolate for every fine they don't pay...oh...that would mean a lot of Mexican consulates in the USA would probably have to be shut down. LOL!

Let's see...$25,000 x 1 Million....that's a lot of money that could be raked in for Califonia and could help make us the "Golden State" once again! And thats not even counting going after the guys making and supplyong the false documents!

California's citizens have repeatedly passed amendments to our Constitution and direct vote laws for stricter enforcement against illegal aliens -- jail for illegal aliens -- use of local law enforcement to apprehend illegal aliens -- denial of state benefits and schooling for illegal aliens and so on. The citizens of California DO NOT want illegal aliens in our state PERIOD.

HOWEVER -- California Courts and California Legislature and California's Gobunator Arnold and the Federal West Coast Circuit Court of Appeals and Illegal Alien lovers have repeatedly told California's voters: "NO THE PEOPLE ARE NOT IN CHARGE, we rich tycoon illegal lovers are in charge." Total Plutocracy in California and in Washington DC.

Replace every traitorous, unpatriotic politician in every county, state and Congress and the President too between now and the end of 2012 -- We the People shall have our say!

"The California Federal District court eventually ruled that Proposition 187, along with its 834b provision, was unconstitutional. The reasoning behind the ruling was the law was preempted by federal law. While 834b remains in the California Penal code to this day, it is not enforceable.
