    Cesar Armando Laurean is a Mexican national according to Fox News. They didn't give anymore information about his status in US. Said he might be in Mexico. He has relatives there.

    I've wondered about his status--earlier reports said he is from NV.
    Been thinking he was headed for Mexico. Mexico allows no extradicition if the person can face the death penalty and even in some incidences if a guilty finding in court means life in prison.
