Thread: Can We SUE The Government For Felony Stupidity?

It is the job of Homeland Security to make sure America is secure and protected. By not shutting the borders, Homeland Security and the Obama government is resposible for the outbreak and deaths of the American citizens.

I know, its horrible! And chances are if a pandemic outbroke in America and alot of people were ill and suffering, and dieing because of open borders and people who want to keep them open, those people would not be blamed or come up with some kind of excuse to divert the blame off them.

WE must not let them get away with any of this caca!! Call the Whitehouse and DEMAND that the border be shut down!!! We are the citizen's of this country and if anyone can demand anything here it is US!!!

The commercial goods should rotten in Mexico. Who do businesses think they are, I know - living and breathing entities? Do they have to survive before "We the People"?

I think we should sue them anyway for not clsoing the borders. Why should we have to wait for something like this to happen before action is taken. We should sue them for not upholding the Constitution and upholding our laws. WE should sue them because we have to fight the same fight time and time again. Why do we have to call year after year after year to assure them that our feelings about amnesty hasn't changed. This is BS. Maybe we can hire the ACLJ to sue the federal government for not doing it's Constitutional duty. If everyone gave $100 we could probably get a law suit going. Maybe we can sue them for not representing our desires.

Liberals sue individuals in government rather frequently. And the fact that you are raising public alarm and asking for redress before pursuing litigation should be a big plus.

They must know that Americans are sick and tired of the lack of duty to Americans, first.
