    ANYONE NOTICE THE ABSENCE OF THE COWARDS?
    IN PARTICULARLY........THOSE RUNNING FOR PRESIDENT?
    KERRY DIDN'T VOTE........IS HE THINKING OF THROWING HIS HAT IN THE RING?

    Yes.......wish Johnson well. But this vote was darn important. The candidates should have been there to show the American public their true colors.

    Tom Carper, of course, voted yea.
