Another horrific crime committed in Boston by another poster boy for judicial coddling of violent criminal illegal immigrants.

C’mon down Sreynuon Lunn, under arrest for the beating of an elderly woman in a wheelchair while robbing her of $2,000 cash, because, he told cops, he was a junkie who needed money for a drug fix.

Surely you remember this career criminal from Cambodia. The Supreme Judicial Court ruled three months ago that law enforcement had no right to arrest or detain Lunn or anyone else “at the request of Federal immigration authorities, pursuant to a civil immigration order.”

Lunn had already been cut loose because of a different insane U.S. Supreme Court decision shielding violent illegal immigrants from deportation. But the SJC ruling re: Lunn, moot as it was, was hailed as basically making Massachusetts a “sanctuary state” for foreign criminals.

Attorney General Maura Healey hailed the SJC for its “smart” decision. A call to her office Monday asking her if she still considers the Lunn decision “smart” was not returned.

Of course, this is not the first time a foreign criminal has been treated with kid gloves in Boston and cut loose by the local judiciary, with bloody results.

Last May, it was an African immigrant named Bampumim Teixeira, who had two violent bank robberies in downtown Boston broomed into a nine-month wrist slap so that he wouldn’t be deported. As soon as he got out of prison, prosecutors say, the fiend slit the throats of two anesthesiologists (both legal immigrants) in South Boston.

Thanks for agreeing to that plea-bargain, District Attorney Dan Conley. Like Healey, Conley is a Democrat. Are they really this desperate for votes, that they need to flood the nation with these bloodthirsty criminals?

I had heard about this Cambodian Lunn months before the SJC decision. I got a call from a judge I know who had just come back from a judicial conference. He was appalled that all the tax-fattened hacks had been bragging that they had “found” a case that was going to allow them to shield criminal illegal aliens from deportation.

They were ecstatic, the judge told me, at the prospect of somehow sticking it to Trump.

The thought of what atrocities might be committed when all these Teixeiras and Lunns were allowed to go scot free to resume their lives of crime — who cared? Not the $170,000-a-year judges with their 35-week work years.

According to police, the Cambodian’s elderly female victim was brutally beaten in Charles River Plaza, which ironically enough is within easy walking distance of the SJC’s palatially refurbished digs in Pemberton Square.

Do the swells in their black robes, commuting back and forth to their mansions in posh suburbs like Swampscott and their summer homes on the Cape, think that they would have been spared by Lunn any more than the anesthesiologists in South Boston were shown mercy by Teixeira?

Do these pampered-puke judges and illegal-immigrant-coddling politicians ever consider the consequences of their insane decisions?

Need to go after these Judges and relieve them of their duties to uphold our Laws.

All illegals need to be DEPORTED off our soil...these Judges are NOT above the Law...they are to uphold our Laws.

The Ninth Circuit Court has it's decisions overturned by SCOTUS routinely. Any judge who has such a record should be removed. They are costing defendants and many others needless litigation costs. I'm sure the Bar Associations are all for more litigation, but it is wrong. And, along with mayors and police chiefs in "sanctuary cities", when a person they protected commits a violent crime, they should be charged as an accomplice. They are bringing this country to an end.

The courts in MA are a joke with regards to illegal aliens and pretty much any other criminals for that matter. I sat there one day and watched one after another of whom violated their probation and none of them were sent to jail they just got more probation. MA has been a sanctuary state for years and we the taxpayers get to pay for all those illegals aliens on welfare and all the other freebies while they have a party at our expense.
