Deportation of Young Mexican in Arizona Suspended

PHOENIX – An immigration judge issued a 30-day suspension of a deportation order for 22-year-old Mexican national Pedro Gutierrez, who didn’t find out he was in the United States illegally until after the death of his grandmother.

They sure get patriotic when they get caught. Didn't the last guy we heard about say he wanted to join the marines?

same kid he wanted to join the marines. Problem is he is illegal. Thats the bottom line. He should have no problem enlisting in the Mexican army. He came here illegally, no legal ties here. Bleeding hearts have been knocking on Obamas door looking for Amnisty for this kid. He was picked up driving without a license so he has broken the law and is illegal so just looking at these facts I would say he has to be deported. The law is the law. Make an exception and the whole latin community will be saying they want to enlist.
