Why didn't Mexico stop the billions of drug dollars flowing into their country every year? Why didn't Mexico stop the growth, manufacture and shipments of drugs to America? Why are illegal drug revenues of 10-13 billion dollars a year almost which is almost as high as remittances from illegal aliens(the number two sorce of Mexico's revene)?
