Is it just me or does it seem harder to live and survive in Illinois and the United States as a natural born citizen than if I were an illegal immigrant? I wish the government would provide half of the benefits to me that illegal immigrants are eligible for! I work to provide for my family, I pay my taxes, I don’t cheat the government — I follow the rules.

I have no objections to people coming to Illinois and the United States from other countries to become a part of our melting pot but only if they do it legally and follow the procedures. I can’t imagine that I could ever get away with just refusing to follow the rules long enough so that the rules get changed and would no longer apply, yet that seems to be exactly what is/has been happening here.

If you are in agreement, I encourage you to contact your lawmaker and let them know how you feel. All I ask is fairness for everyone, not just certain groups of people.
