Yes, send some faxes, and it's not too early to start making some calls on this as well.

From what I've read, Senators Sessions, Hutchison, and Chambliss are against amnesty in the AgJobs and are offering an alternative guest worker plan. I haven't seen the details of this and am skeptical of further "guest worker" programs, BUT I do trust Sen. Sessions on this issue, and am pleased that he opposes the amnesty in AgJobs.

NumbersUSA is a well-established research and lobbying organization dedicated toward lowering overall immigration levels into the US. They are headed by Mr. Roy Beck and have a range of support staff as well.

When you register at NumbersUSA, you are then able to use their *free* online faxing system. It uses 'canned' messages (actually, they almost always offer a variety of texts for each fax message) which are already composed for the users to log-in, and send. The interaction is done simply through the browser, and the fax is generated within their system and faxed to the appropriate recipient. When you register, you do have supply a postal address (to both include in the fax transmission, and also the appropriate corresponding US Reps. and Senators are automatically 'stubbed-in' based on the supplied zip code). It works great, and costs the user nothing (other than an optional membership and/or contribution to Numbers of course!) I believe that last I had heard, their membership is now over 500,000 and many of those members actively participate in sending online faxes. Those senate office fax machines are working overtime folks!
