    1:00 PM PST -- Fox News has announced that the name of the suspect is Jared Laughner, age 22. He is reportedly a white male. Also Judge Roll is the judge who ruled in favor of illegal aliens who sued a southeast Arizona rancher not long ago, according to Fox. -- A doctor at UMC, Tucson, reports that the congresswoman's prognosis is very optimistic.
