Congressman Warns of “Civil War” from Hispanic America

Fresh off his victory in Illinois, Democrat Congressman Luis Gutierrez warns of “civil war” with U.S. Hispanics unless President Obama uses his pen and his phone to suspend deportation of illegal immigrants.
Luis Gutierrezz said that the President’s decision to delay amnesty punished the party’s candidates in the mid-term election and warned of “civil war” among Democrats unless President Obama used his pen and his phone their way.
Hot on the campaign trail Monday, just prior to the over whelming GOP victory in the Senate and picking up seats in the House of Representatives, Gutierrezz (one of the main key figures in the amnesty push that the majority of Americans don’t want) said that the President’s decision to delay amnesty (even though it is illegal and unconstitutional for the President to pass any reform on immigration) sapped enthusiasm from Hispanic voters.
He stated he was confident that the president would act on his own or shove amnesty through Congress “before Christmas” when it looks like Virginia with documented voter fraud and Louisiana with their “Jungle Primary” rules will be voted on again. He then gave a stern warning for Democrats if the president fails to act.
“This problem that you see, politically, is nothing in comparison to the civil war that will be created politically in the Democratic party should the president not be broad and generous in his use of prosecutorial discretion,” he said. “Because Latinos will not be deciding whether or not they vote, but whether or not they are in the Democratic party.” (The Guardian)
Just because election day is over, Gutierrezz hasn’t backed down on this threat of “civil war” in the party or in the US if President Obama doesn’t act. In fact, he doubled down on it the day after his victory by writing the op-ed piece Election Day Is Over, It’s Time For Real Immigration Reform. Your Move, Obama.
“In a few weeks, a new do-nothing Congress will replace the current do-nothing Congress, but not much will change on the immigration issue.” – Luis Gtierrezz
He is demanding President Obama act now and act alone or there will be “riots” and “people leaving the Democratic Party.”
I hate to tell a Congressman his job, but he needs to read the document he swore to uphold. It is illegal and unconstitutional for the President of the United States to do anything in the form of “amnesty” or “immigration reform” except pass or veto the bill from Congress.
According to the powers granted in the constitution, immigration must be reformed in Congress. It is illegal to vote in U.S. elections unless you are a citizen of the United States, and any candidate soliciting illegal votes is guilty of a felony and punishable by jail time. You can not vote with a green card. You can not vote if you are a citizen of any country other than the United States. If fights break out over the “Dream Act” or “amnesty,” it is the unconstitutional Democratic promises that put us there.
Amnesty is defined as forgiving a broken law. It is the nice way of saying they broke the law, but you are going to just give them a free pass. It is both unconstitutional and illegal for any “reform” regarding immigration to be passed by anyone but Congress.
I think the people spoke clearly about what they wanted on November 4th, despite attempts to defraud the system in several states.
Not only did he admit to illegal votes, he threatened the U.S. and the president as well, both punishable by jail time.
Sgt. of Arms, where are you?
