    Constitutional Oath Question

    By appointing Czar's, paying them with tax dollars and taking away any vetting process by congress. Did Obama violate his oath to protecting the constitution from enemies foreign or domestic?

    I just feel that when something happens by appointment that is un constitutional is that not a disqualification action against the constitution?

    And if so can Obama be impeached for that?
