Crossing borders to give birth is quite common around the world. There are many reasons, including access to good maternity care and mothers returning to their home countries to give their babies dual nationality.

Crossing the Mexican border to give birth in the USA is nothing new. Thousands have done it to take advantage of better hospital facilities. But with a rash of hospital building, and costs way below American ones, why to Mexican mothers still do it?

I agree with "Airbournsnapper7", new recruits are joining now, even more than usual. Many join because they're upset about current issues but are unaware of some of the history surrounding most of today's immigration problems.

In fact I've been doing the same as Airbournsnapper7 and for the same reasons.

I think it's a good Idea, because it helps give those uneducated on the history of illegal immigration, a better look at what's happening and some of the causes..
