Carly Fiorina is open to legal status for adult illegal immigrants, citizenship for their kids

Former Hewlett Packard CEO Carly Fiorina said Monday that adult illegal immigrants should not receive a path to citizenship under an immigration fix, but said she is open to giving their children citizenship.

Mrs. Fiorina, who is running for the GOP presidential nomination, also said she could support giving those who “have come here illegally and stayed here illegally” legal status.

“I think legal status is a possibility for sure,” Mrs. Fiorina said on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe.” “I think their children maybe can become citizens.”

“But my own view is that it isn’t fair to say to people who have played by the rules … that you know it just doesn’t matter,” she said of giving citizenship to adult illegal immigrants.

Mrs. Fiorina said the border must be secured and called for a “fix” to the legal immigration system.

The 60-year-old has never held elected office and is struggling to gain traction in polling that will eventually determine whether she will be able to participate in the Republican National Committee’s first sanctioned debate in Ohio on Aug. 8.

Participants need to be among the top ten candidates based on an average of national polls.

The Real Clear Politics average of surveys shows Mrs. Fiorina running in 13th place.

Republicans are eager to have Mrs. Fiorina participate in the debates given that she is the only woman in the field and they believe that she could launch some of the most effective attacks against former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton, the frontrunner for the Democratic presidential nomination.

On Monday, Mrs. Fiorina said that Mrs. Clinton delivered a contradictory speech at her first big rally since announcing she was running. Mrs. Fiorina said the address included a “long litany of left wing causes” and said that Mrs. Clinton acts like she wants to be a president for all Americans, but then “throws every Republican out there under the bus.”

“But hey, it was a good launch. It was great rally,” she said. “We should not underestimate her.”

There we have it. The queen of West Coast outsourcing (HP) vs. the Queen of East Coast outsourcing and H1-BVisa expansion (TATA, one of the largest importers of H1-B workers from India).

What Republicans? I don't know of any Republican who is eager about anything to do with Carly Fiorina. She nearly bankrupted Lucent with a financing of buyers scheme, very similar scheme to the derivatives deal bankers were involved with which is very similar to the free trade treason theory with China where we give them all of our manufacturing and they loan us back our own money, then she bolted with her big bonus to exit right before the big fall from her schemes she put in place. She then laid off thousands of workers to outsource HP work to China, and ruined its stock costing people a lot of money. She lost her Senate race to Barbara Boxer. That's failure at the end of the day across 3 of her last endeavors.

Republicans want to win again. In order to do that we need to elect someone who wins, who doesn't run schemes to falsely escalate stocks to escalate exist bonuses, who doesn't bail on our nation and outsource jobs to foreign countries, and who doesn't win her Senate race. Carly does not qualify for the Winners Club on any front.

And if that all wasn't bad enough, she wants to legalize illegal aliens. She can't create jobs for Americans, yet she wants to legalize tens of millions of illegal workers and welfare suckers from other countries in our nation in violation of US immigration, US labor and US civil rights laws to compete with American Workers.

Oh puleeze. Stick a fork in her. She's done. And it has absolutely nothing to do with her face, her persona, her looks or appearance. It has solely to do with her actions and positions and record of massive failure, i.e. LOSING.

Of course she is because she is part of the Bush dynasty, Carl Rove, Koch Brothers CROWDED FIELD strategy to back Jeb Bush's chances. That is why Fiorina, Huckabee, Graham, Ben Carson, Rubio, and many others all support the very same GW Bush era illegal alien amnesty plans!

ALIPAC vetted Carly pretty good. Wish the MSM would do likewise. Heck, I wish they'd vet Cruz, like look into those nine US Supreme Court cases he brags about all the time. Expose that MSM and see low he can go.
