From Sen. Sessions thus far:

Says, there is bipartisian negotiations going on right now and that there are "Masters of the Univers" as he calls them "I don't know who they are but they are negotiating terms for the bills." He said this slightly joking but I am not sure he meant it fully as a joke. He says, show me the bill, give me something to read then we will consider it.

He said, he intends to READ the bill.
He says H. Reid is trying to bring back last years bill and they can talk about it and maybe, just maybe, then can attach some new legistlation onto it even though not a word of it has yet been read.
Sessions says...this is a big mistake. Last years bill was fatally flawed and never ever would have worked.....back with more later....

doing this would be good for the "Masters of the Universe" because then no one would have time to read the new bill. He said there wouldn't be time for Lou Dobbs or Rush Limbaugh to look over the bill and dissect it!

If they bring back any bill let it be HR4437!!

(paraphrasing here) The American people got burned on the 1986 legislation and are now cynical. They are right to be cynical. There are powerful lobbying forces out there that are working to effect the best outcome for their cause but not necessarily what is in the best national interest. we need to work for the best national interst.
