    My point is that Cubans are admitted in this country and granted all kind of benefits because Cuba is a Comunist country, and whoever comes here is supposely running away from a dictator. If they can keep going back to Cuba on vacation, and other purposes, why should they have more benefits than people from other countries? And if they come here because they don't like the system, why go back?

    There are certain exemptions.

    It's like the travel embargo.

    It's so loosely enforced that it makes a mockery of Helms-Burton-which has never been fully implemented in any case-and other aspects of the trade ban.
