Day After Debate Clinton to Hold Rally in 1,000 Seat Community College Gym; Trump to Rally 10,000 in Aircraft Hangar

The two major presidential candidates will get back on the campaign trail Tuesday following the first debate Monday night between Democrat Hillary Clinton and Republican Donald Trump.

The contrast between the low energy Clinton campaign and the high octane Trump juggernaut are readily apparent in their respective schedules for Tuesday.

Clinton is set to travel to Raleigh, North Carolina where she will attend a fundraiser and then hold a rally at a community college gymnasium that seats 1,000.

Trump will hold three events in Florida on Tuesday: a fundraiser and a Hispanic voter town hall–both in Miami–and a huge rally in Melbourne at an aircraft hangar that is expected to draw more than 10,000 supporters.

The Wall Street Journal reported on Clinton’s schedule in North Carolina Tuesday:

“Mrs. Clinton will focus on vote-rich battleground states such as North Carolina, where she travels Tuesday for a private fundraising event and to make a campaign appearance.”

WNCN-TV reported on Clinton’s rally in the gym:

…Clinton’s campaign team has announced that the candidate will be holding a rally at Wake Technical Community College on Tuesday afternoon.

Clinton is set to deliver remarks at a North Carolina Democratic Party event Tuesday at 1 p.m. The campaign says Clinton will “outline her vision for an America that is stronger together and puts families first, as well as her plan for building an economy that works for everyone – not just those at the top.”

The event is set for 1 p.m. at the Physical Education Building on Wake Tech’s campus, located at 9101 Fayetteville Road in Raleigh. Doors open at 11 a.m…”

A 2011 WakeTech report on the gymnasium’s capacity:

“Let the games begin! Wake Tech welcomed the sights and sounds of college sports to campus this week for the first time in its 50-year history. The college renovated its Early Childhood Education Building on Main Campus, adding a physical education wing that includes a 17,000 square foot gymnasium. The athletic facility, a first for Wake Tech, allows the college to host volleyball and basketball games, with seating for up to 1,000 spectators.

…The new Early Childhood & Physical Education Building on Main Campus also includes locker rooms, a weight room and a dance/yoga room for physical education classes. Wake Tech employees have access to the facilities during select hours of the day.”

The Miami Herald reported on Trump’s busy schedule for Tuesday:

Donald Trump’s first order of business after Monday night’s big debate? Meeting with Miami Hispanics. For real this time.

His campaign has asked about 150 South Florida Latinos to a town hall-style meeting at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Miami Dade College’s Koubek Center, several people invited told the Miami Herald.

It will be Trump’s first public event after his first debate against Hillary Clinton. He first plans to hit a $25,000-a-head fundraiser in Miami.

…After Tuesday’s town hall, Trump will head to Melbourne for a 7 p.m. rally.”

As The Gateway Pundit reported, Trump’s rally in Melbourne is expected to attract over 10,000 supporters to a hangar at Orlando Melbourne International Airport.

By playing to small audiences, the recently sick Clinton conserves energy she would have to expend trying to command and hold the attention of 10,000 supporters like Trump does with ease on a regular basis.
