Dissenting, Justice Samuel Alito accused the Biden administration for releasing "into this country untold numbers of aliens who are very likely to be removed if they show up for their removal hearings.

“This practice violates the clear terms of the law,” Alito said, “but the court looks the other way.”

The ruling was 5-4

The Biden Administration and the Revolutionary Democrat Party Leadership need to be given credit for doing everything they can to flood the United States with the poverty stricken, poorly educated, low skilled, diseased, disabled, and criminal populations of other countries, and then giving them taxpayer financed housing vouchers so they can compete with American citizens in our nation’s inner cities for public housing when American citizens are going homeless, and, there is a housing shortage across the United States.

It is absolutely sickening what the Democrat Party Leadership is doing to our own needy citizens, especially our Vets and those in our nation’s inner cities who must now compete with foreign nationals for scarce public housing.

What will it take for American Citizens to accept the fact that their homeland is under attack orchestrated by the Biden Administration?

Article 212(f) needs to be voted on and PAUSE any, and ALL immigration and clean this mess up!

States have rights to stop this invasion using Article 4, Section 4. Load them up, fingerprint them and SHIP them back to Southern Mexico using Texas and Florida shipping ports!

Why does the Democrat Party Leadership import millions of other country’s poverty stricken, poorly educated, low skilled, diseased, disabled, and criminal populations of other countries into the United States when we have a housing shortage in the U.S., and have trouble caring for our own needy citizens?

A massive caravan largely comprised of military-aged males left Tapachula, Mexico very early Friday and is en route to the US border.

The US Supreme Court this week, with help from justices Roberts and Kavanaugh, overturned Trump’s ‘Remain in Mexico’ policy.

President Trump initiated a law that forced migrants crossing the US Southern border who claim they are seeking asylum remain in Mexico until their cases were reviewed by US Courts.
That asylum policy has been overturned and the migrants are marching like soldiers to the US border.

Approximately 4,000 migrants are now are on the way to the US with plans to live off the largesse of the American taxpayer.
Reuters reported:

Thousands of people set off on foot from southern Mexico early Friday morning, undeterred in their efforts to reach the United States even after the deaths of at least 53 migrants in Texas this week highlighted the dangers facing many migrants.
The group, mostly of young men from Central America, Venezuela and Cuba, included families walking with children and babies in strollers.
“I’m fleeing Cuba with my wife and daughter because of the suffocating, criminal, assassin Castro-Canel dictatorship,” migrant Samuel Ventura said.
The migrant caravan began in the city of Tapachula, near the Mexico-Guatemala border, following two others organized earlier this month with large contingents of Venezuelans. Both caravans disbanded in nearby towns.

Last month 12,000 illegal aliens formed the largest caravan yet and marched to the open US Southern Border.
The historic caravan left Tapachula, Mexico on June 6.

Biden’s open borders policies are dangerous and costly for Americans and the illegal migrants.
Earlier this week 51 migrants were found dead in a truck in a human smuggling operation in San Antonio, Texas.

We have seen how the Biden Administration has found a way to stop the protection of our borders by simply ignoring the enforcement of federal law. So, if American Citizens decided to go camping along the border and do what they will without a license, would that not be entirely in the jurisdiction of the state governments' prosecutorial powers, including border states now being overrun with invading foreign nationals?
