DOJ training Tuesday to “monitorâ€

"Obama is working on backdoor Amnesty behind congresses back!"

With the high gas prices, Democrates jumping ship, Latinoes not getting what Obama said he would produce...he has to do some backroom..backdoor tricks to try to pull the 2012 rabbit out of the hat.

This Is blatant disrespect for the checks and balances of Congress. This kind of "group" should be subject to scrutiny of congress. Add to that that It Is some how connected to the DOJ ? What or who Is giving these people the authority to "monitor" laws that have been passed by the states under due process

Congress needs to be contacted on this

Obama and the Department of Justice have officially lost their mind What on earth Is going on here Forming a group behind the backs of Congress and the American people within the walls of the Whitehouse to "monitor" state laws and potentially muzzle law enforcement with regard to enforcing said laws

Send this article to as many Rep Senators and newsmedia as you can!!!! American citizens need to know what this evil administration is doing to STOP IT IMMEDIATELY

This should be on the front page of every newspaper In the country You CANNOT just form "mini" political organizations with some kind of mandate from the DOJ. Thats not the way that our government works The Three Branches of Government

Delegates at the Constitutional Convention also wanted to divide power within the federal government. They did not want these powers to be controlled by just one man or one group. The delegates were afraid that if a small group received too much power, the United States would wind up under the rule of another dictator or tyrant.

It looks like this group isn't new. It's been around for some time.

National Origin Working Group

Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Thomas E. Perez has directed the Civil Rights Division’s National Origin Working Group to work proactively to combat violations of civil rights laws against Arab, Muslim, Sikh, and South-Asian Americans, and those perceived to be members of these groups, through the creation of the Initiative to Combat Post-9/11 Discriminatory Backlash.

Since the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, members of these groups, and those perceived to be members of these groups, have been the victims of increased numbers of bias-related assaults, threats, vandalism and arson. Reducing the incidence of such attacks, and ensuring that the perpetrators are brought to justice, is a Civil Rights Division priority. The Division also has placed a priority on cases involving discrimination against Arab, Sikh, Muslim, and South-Asian Americans in employment, housing, education, access to public accommodations and facilities, and other areas within the Civil Rights Division’s jurisdiction.

The Initiative is combating bias crimes and discrimination by:

Ensuring that there are efficient and accessible processes in place for individuals to report violations to the Civil Rights Division, and to make sure that these cases are handled expeditiously.

Implementing proactive measures to identify cases involving bias crimes and discrimination being prosecuted at the State level that may merit Federal action.

Conducting outreach to affected communities to provide them with information about how to file complaints and the resources available through the Department of Justice and other Federal agencies to protect their civil rights.

Working with other Department of Justice components and other government agencies to ensure accurate referral, effective outreach, and comprehensive provision of services to victims of civil rights violations.
