I don't know why we don't have to show proof of registration. Most older people at least have an Id if not a drivers license. If you are poor, you should have some kind of picture Id. Why do some groups find it unreasonable to have to show Id to vote. I really know the answer to that. When are we going to go back to some common sense?

Re: Documents: ACORN and Project Vote Activity Led to Dramat
Judicial Watch, the public interest group that investigates and prosecutes government corruption, announced today that it uncovered documents from the Colorado Department of State showing that ACORN and its affiliate, Project Vote, successfully pressured Colorado officials to implement new policies for increasing the registration of public assistance recipients during the 2008 and 2010 election seasons. Following the policy changes, the percentage of invalid voter registration forms from Colorado public assistance agencies was four times the national average.
