Seems that Paul Ryan is once again conning us. This afternoon while on the Sean Hannity show Paul Ryan indicated a number of things which “conservatives” want with respect to replacing Obamcare [repeal of McCarran-Ferguson which would end the insurance industry’s exemption from anti-trust laws; allowing the purchase of health insurance across state lines; health savings accounts; etc.] will probably be met with resistance in the Senate by Democrats using the filibuster. But that assertion is being completely disingenuous considering the nuclear options is available, and especially so because the Democrats used it in 2013 to get their way.


Paul Ryan needs to stop snow-jobbing us and pretending the filibuster is an obstacle to “conservative” ideas being adopted in the repeal and replacement of Obamacare.


Use the nuclear option and tell the Democrats to go pound sand! The America People voted to get rid of Obamacare, and one of Trump’s requirements in getting rid of Obamacare was the assurance of purchasing health insurance across state lines.


Trump needs to take Paul Ryan to the wood-shed and deal with this swamp creature who is the darling of the Washington Establishment.

Millions of citizens have lost their health-care under Obamacare, and many more millions cannot use Obamacare because of Obamacare’s outrageous premiums and deductible. Repeal and replace Obamacare with nothing, and repeal McCarran-Ferguson.

I was disappointed this afternoon when Sean Hannity did not confront Paul Ryan on his [Ryan's] "filibuster" excuse. When Obamacare was passed, the Democrat leadership used every trick in the book including changing the rules when Scott Brown took Kennedy's seat in the Senate.

Yes, but is dipping down to the Democrats level a smart move for the Republicans? Perhaps the Democrat way of doing business is one of the reasons the Republicans hold the White House, House, and Senate.

Actually, voting to repeal Obamacare and replacing it with nothing, and using every trick necessary to do so, is merely reversing the Democrats evil doings put upon the people.

I wish they would just completely repeal Obamacare. Do that and they've kept their promise. Repeal it and go from there. Once it's completely repealed the Democrats will quickly become more accommodating ...... they won't have a choice.

I'm with Trump, let it collapse if no one wants to fix it or can agree on how to fix it.

If people want to stand up for freedom and get rid of the individual mandate, like I do, then pass this bill.

If people want to stand up for 40 hour a week jobs and get rid of the employer mandate, like I do, then pass the bill.

If people want to stand up for self-employeds having the same tax treatment as big corporations and need a tax credit to achieve that, like I do, then pass the bill.

If people want to stand up for more state responsibility in this issue and think block grants to the states based on per capita caps to use with their Medicaid programs, like I do, then pass the bill

We have 330 million people in this country and Obamacare insurance only applies to 11.4 million of them, just barely 3% of the population. Isn't this just a big fat ta do over nothing? We have 3 times that many illegal aliens in the country bleeding US dry as a bone.

I just really see this as making a mountain out of a mole-hill.

What provision in Ryan’s health insurance replacement Bill makes it a criminal offense and/or prevents illegal aliens and their children from receiving taxpayer financed health care, except in life death situations?
