DOJ WANTS YOUR TIPS ON TRAYVON CIVIL RIGHTS

Taxpayers are funding ANOTHER one of Tom Perez' "Hotlines". Time to file congressional complaints about his racism and waste and abuse of federal monies.

DOJ WANTS YOUR TIPS ON TRAYVON CIVIL RIGHTS

Editor advises: 'Stop race-baiting, you tyrannical jackasses'

    CHELSEA SCHILLING

President Obama’s Department of Justice wants Americans’ tips on Trayvon Martin’s civil rights to build its federal case against George Zimmerman, the man acquitted of second-degree murder charges Saturday.

The DOJ is asking that all tips be sent to Sanford.florida@usdoj.gov.

Barbara Arnwine, president and executive director of the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, told the Orlando Sentinel the federal government is appealing to civil rights groups and community leaders to help build its case.

Tom Perez, assistant attorney general for the Civil Rights Division of the Justice Department, held a conference call on the matter Monday afternoon.

Arnwine said FBI representatives and several federal prosecutors were also on the call, along with Sherrilyn Ifill, president and director-counsel of the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund; Laura Murphy, Washington chapter head of the ACLU; and several national, state and locally based “human relations” groups.

“They were calling on us to actively refer anyone who had any information,” she told the Sentinel. “They said they would very aggressively investigate this case.”
WND reported Monday that Attorney General Eric Holder vowed to launch a federal civil-rights investigation into the case against Zimmerman.

“Experienced federal prosecutors will determine whether the evidence reveals a prosecutable violation of any of the limited federal criminal civil rights statutes within our jurisdiction, and whether federal prosecution is appropriate,” the Justice Department said.

In a televised address, Holder said, “We must not, as we have too often in the past, let this opportunity pass. We are resolved, as you are, to combat violence involving or directed at young people to prevent future tragedies and to deal with the underlying attitudes, mistaken beliefs and stereotypes that serve as the basis for these too common incidents.”

“And we will never stop working to ensure that in every case, in every circumstance and in every community,” he concluded, “justice must be done.”

Rep. Charles Rangel, D-N.Y., and other House Democrats called a press conference Monday to urge the department to “conduct an immediate and thorough investigation,” and the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People is pressuring the DOJ to continue its probe by posting a petition on the website MoveOn.org.

“The most fundamental of civil rights – the right to life – was violated the night George Zimmerman stalked and then took the life of Trayvon Martin,” the group wrote.

Read today’s full report about the Zimmerman case:

Breitbart.com Editor Ben Shapiro called the Justice Department’s new tip line a “desperate attempt to build a case.”

He tweeted: “I have a tip for the DOJ: Stop race-baiting, you tyrannical jackasses.”

Meanwhile, Americans expressed outrage on Twitchy over the DOJ’s tactics:

    • “I saw George Zimmerman eating a Wonder Bread sandwich; he’s clearly racist.”
    • “Hey Holder, in the ‘infamous words of dear leader,’ you lost; Zimmerman won. Let’s not forget Hillary’s profound words, ‘At this point, what difference does it make?’”
    • “Didn’t the Nazis have the Hitler Youth to inform on people for their show trials? Eric Holder has the ‘Civil Rights’ Youth.”
    • “Classic witch hunt. DOJ doesn’t have any evidence, so they need us to make some up for them.”
    • “Then they better investigate Eric Holder.”
    • “That is so un-American that it defies description. Basically, they are looking for anything in his life to use against him.”
    • “Flood the inbox with newspaper reports of whites murdered or raped by blacks, since government’s own statistics show that in interracial crime, blacks attack whites many times more than whites attack blacks. … If there’s anyone ‘preying’ on another race, it’s blacks preying on whites. ‘Knock Out King,’ ‘Polar Bear Hunting,’ there are no white equivalents of these ‘games.’”
    • “In an ‘unrelated’ case, the DOJ has set up a hotline and special website to investigate all whiteys and ‘creepy a– crackers’”
    • “Even the left has got to be upset at this fascist move.”
    • “I cannot believe the rioters and their sympathizers can’t see that they are being herded like sheep by the media, Hollywood libs and the government. Nobody should be that gullible.”
    • “They want examples of racism? Of black kids getting killed? Time to report Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson and all the other racist lefties who spouted off hate after the verdict. And be sure to forward every news article of gang shootings. Make them have to sort through it all to find any ‘tips.’”
    • “If Holder put this much effort into doing his actual job, he might not be seen as the joke we all see him as.”
    • “Why isn’t the DOJ going after NBC for those doctored 9-1-1 recordings? Or all of those Trayvon ‘supporters’ who made death threats on Twitter and Facebook? … What the hell is going on in this [expletive] country?!”

WHAT ARE YOUR TIPS FOR THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT IN THE TRAYVON MARTIN CASE?

    • Just file charges. Worry about the details later
    • Just do a thorough and exhaustive investigation and bring new charges against Zimmerman
    • Call in the IRS. I'm sure they'll find something
    • Go get that 'creepy a-- cracka!'
    • Zimmerman might be a gay racist
    • Have Obama handle the case with an executive order. Maybe a drone strike against Zimmerman?
    • It wasn't George Bush's fault after all. It was George ZIMMERMAN'S fault!
    • I would like to report that an alien spaceship full of racists landed in Florida two years ago and Zimmerman got off
    • I saw Zimmerman kick a puppy
    • Zimmerman spilled his milk and cried
    • Zimmerman kidnapped the Lindbergh baby
    • Here's a tip: Accept that Zimmerman was acquitted by a jury of his peers
    • How about you investigate the black mobs viciously attacking random, innocent Americans across the nation and calling it a game?
    • Dust the houses where break-ins occurred in early February for prints, and compare them to the fingerprints of Trayvon Martin
    • Zimmerman dated a black woman in his youth and has never been regarded as a racist by anyone. The FBI couldn't find dirt on him, so let it go
    • Trayvon was committing a hate crime when he was killed. He attacked Zimmerman because he thought he was gay
    • Here's a tip: Zimmerman is just as white as Obama - except Zimmerman doesn't delight in pouring gasoline on a race-based anger
    • Trayvon was a drug-using, violent racist. He tweeted under the Twitter handle 'NO_LIMIT_NIGGA' and called Zimmerman a 'creepy a-- cracka'
    • The DOJ should investigate President Obama instead of Zimmerman
    • I have a few solid tips for DOJ: NSA, IRS, Fast and Furious, Benghazi, drones, New Black Panthers, birth certificate
    • Stop the race-baiting! You should be calling for peace and acceptance of the rule of law instead of fueling more violence
    • Other

Tom Perez is once again using his office to further a personal and divisive agenda while he awaits his appointment as the Secretary of Labor. Harry Reid has cut a deal to insure that he is confirmed by negotiating the "Nuclear Option".

If you think Mr. Perez is operating unethically for his position, you can complain here.

    Where to Report Misconduct in...

The U.S. Office of Government Ethics (OGE) does not handle complaints of misconduct, nor does OGE have investigative or prosecutorial authority. OGE's mission is one of prevention. However, there are several agencies and entities across federal, state, and local governments that are responsible for investigating and prosecuting misconduct. Below you will find links to agencies that handle complaints against specific categories of government employees.
    The Executive Branch

Below you will find links to agencies that handle complaints against specific categories of executive branch employees.

    • Federal employees

In most cases, the Inspector General (IG) of the department or agency involved investigates alleged misconduct.

For a list of agency IGs, please visit the Council of the Inspectors General on Integrity and Efficiency (CIGIE).

When necessary, the Federal Bureau of Investigation of the Department of Justice may investigate alleged misconduct of federal employees.
    • Department of Justice attorneys accused of engaging in misconduct in connection with their duties to investigate, litigate, or provide legal advice

The Office of Professional Responsibility has jurisdiction to investigate these allegations, as well as related allegations of misconduct by law enforcement personnel. (The Department of Justice Inspector General (IG) also has jurisdiction to investigate certain allegations of employee misconduct. The Department of Justice IG hotline is: 1-800-869-4499)
    • Assistant U.S. Attorneys and U.S. Attorneys accused of other offenses

      Legal Counsel's Office
Executive Office for U.S. Attorneys (EOUSA)

The same misconduct of these politicians that are perpetrating this misconduct and making new laws to protect themselves against us. Oh wait we have and it still gets ignored!!!!

They would have to swamped with complaints - sort of like jamming the Congressional switchboard.

Here is my message just sent to them...

    Department of Justice Sanford.florida@usdoj.gov ,

You requested tips about the George Zimmerman case and I have a good one for you. Don't put George Zimmerman in Double Jeopardy just because of the mob rule politics the Obama administration supports in an effort to disarm lawful American gun owners! You do the name of Civil Rights in America great injustice by trying to further persecute George Zimmerman who obviously should have never been put on trial in the first place due to the overwhelming evidence he was simply acting in self defense. You are now attempting to violate Zimmerman’s civil rights. Our courts and jurors have spoken and the DOJ attempting to override the Judicial Branch of our government is inappropriate and Unconstitutional. Furthermore, you decline to go after NSA privacy snoops, IRS political persecutions, the Fast and Furious guns you bought for Mexican drug cartel assassins or those that failed us in Benghazi, but you are going to try to use a politically biased agency to 'lynch' George Zimmerman? Beware such abuse of power DOJ, because just like many of the thugs in the streets claiming "We are all Trayvon" many lawful American gun owners of all races see the potential for anyone defending their lives with a gun to be the next George Zimmerman persecuted by your administration and your liberal allies in the media. All American citizens that value gun rights, the Rule of Law, and trials by jury “are George Zimmerman!” We see your lies DOJ, we see your hypocrisy, keep your hands off of George Zimmerman and our American rights! -- William Gheen
