The three Cubans from Miami-Dade, and five other Quislings.
Which proves to me that when push comes to shove, these so-called "Americans" will vote their ethnicity every time over what's BEST for this country, or anything that upholds its sovreignity.
America and the rule of law means nothing to these people.
Even worse are the anti-amnesty Repubs who didn't even show up to vote! We need to give them hell!Quote:

Expect Sen. Durbin to use that as a wedge issue tomorrow.
That's a blanket statement that is far from true. Absolutely true for some though. Or were you just referring to those 8?Quote:

you cant trust obama and repubs are stupid if they dont know that yet. We must throw any bum who votes for thsi out of office. also i would pay higher taxes rather than give away our country especially if the extra taxes were going to the border patrolQuote:

Friends of ALIPAC,
The US House just passed Dream Amnesty and they have not done anything on this scale since 1986! The last time they gave 3 million illegals Amnesty, it got us 12-20. Please envision what the ramifications will be for you and the nation should we fail in the defense of our nation today.
Your immediate volunteerism is needed.
Please click on this link below to access ALIPAC's targeted Senators list. We have selected mostly Senators that are up for reelection in 2012.
Your call should be firm and passionate, but not over the top. Call, call, call and then follow up your message by email and/or fax.
Call as many of these offices as you can filling the voice-mails and ears of staff. Staff needs to report to Senators that angry Americans are calling in droves to OPPOSE DREAM AMNESTY CLOTURE. Call the DC offices first then call the district offices.
"I'm calling to ask Senator _____ to vote NO on CLOTURE for the Dream Amnesty TODAY. I plan to make it my mission in life to throw any politician who votes for CLOTURE on this bill OUT OF OFFICE IN THE ELECTIONS! Please listen to and represent Americans, instead of illegal aliens by voting NO on CLOTURE."
Yes, I am ready to click this link and call the Senate using ALIPAC's messages and targeting now (clicking Here)

Good morning all
Just getting ready to get dialed in here
THE SENATE IS NOW IN SESSION
Morning prayer
The Pledge
Also I will report on this thread up to the time of the vote
Then I will switch up to Dixie's thread for the count
Reid is up
Durbin speaks for 10 minutes to start
That is not only a blanket statement, but it is an ignorant statement, too. It is as ignorant as the dreamers screaming racism when anyone opposes amnesty. Please don't let the anger cloud your judgment. These Cubans couldn't care less about the dreamers. They, like other RHINO's, only care about how the votes can benefit them personally, all the while ignoring the many Hispanics in their districts who oppose amnesty.Quote:

From the sound of it you will have about 10-15 minutes left for calls after Durbin starts blathering , they are in a quarum all now so it should be at any time
I'm sure it will be his standard sob story speech
TRAITOR IS SPEAKING FIRST
Here comes the games
He is going to a direct vote of what the house passed
He will not file for cloture it sounds like but will proceed for a direct vote
WILL THIS BE A 60 or 50 count vote?
This was objected to
Durbin is now doing his 10
Followed by DICK!
THEY NEVER TALK ABOUT THE MONEY INVOLVED EVER!
This is the SAME speech he has been giving for years
What a jerk

The vote will be at 11 , their time
About an hour away
The House bill gives amnesty to illegals 35 and under. The Senate bill gives amnesty to those 30 and under. Because the House bill is different than the Senate bill, the Senate has to pass it "as is" without amendements. If not, then the Senate and the house have to reconcile them, taking more time in the lame duck session. And since time is what they don't have, they want to pass it as is in the Senate and send it to the Pres. without reconciliation.
That strategy will encourage more senators to vote NO. Since it bypasses many processes.
It appears that option is dead since it was objected to
But good try Harry

McConnell giving kudos to Sam Brownback

Wasn't an objection to that motion instantly given?Quote:
