DeAndre Smith justifies the looting in Ferguson
DeAndre Smith, 30, of Ferguson, justifies the looting that happened in Ferguson. He spoke with Kim Bell of the Post-Dispatch on Monday morning as the burned-out QuikTrip still smoldered in the background.

According to the Washington Post, a looter in Ferguson, Missouri, expressed pride and admiration for looters and said their actions are justified.
"I'm proud of us. We deserve this, and this is what's supposed to happen when there's injustice in your community," said DeAndre Smith, whom the Washington Post says was "fresh from looting the QuikTrip."
One officer told the Post that widespread looting has spawned "looting tourism" wherein thieves as far away as Illinois and Texas are traveling to Ferguson to steal.
"It's like looting tourism," said the officer. "It's like they are spending their gas money to come down here and steal."
The presence of outside forces could be seen during Monday evening's clashes. CNN commentator Marc Lamont Hill said two white individuals, one an "anarchist" and another from a "revolutionary Communist group in Illinois," lobbed water bottles into a crowd of protestors and were shunned by protestors who told them to "go back to your neighborhood with that instead of coming in here and messing with us."
The Post says a 27-year-old "militant" from Chicago explained that the time for peace has passed.
"This is not the time for no peace. We are jobless men, and this is our job now--getting justice," the Chicago militant told the Post. "If that means violence, that's okay by me. They've been doing this to us for years."

The North Hollywood shootout was an armed confrontation between two heavily-armed and armored bank robbers, Larry Eugene Phillips, Jr. and Emil Matasareanu, and patrol and SWAT officers of the Los Angeles Police Department in North Hollywood, California on February 28, 1997. It happened when responding patrol officers engaged Phillips, 26 [2] and Matasareanu, 30 [3] leaving a bank which the two men had just robbed. Ten officers and seven civilians sustained injuries before both robbers were killed.[4] Phillips and Matasareanu had robbed several armored vehicles prior to their attempt in North Hollywood and were notorious for their heavy armament, which included automatic rifles.
Local patrol officers at the time were typically armed with a 9 mm or .38 Special pistols on their person, with some having a 12-gauge shotgun available in their cars. Phillips and Matasareanu carried fully automatic rifles, with ammunition capable of penetrating police body armor, and wore body armor of their own. Since the police handguns could not penetrate the bank robbers' body armor, the patrol officers' efforts were ineffective. SWAT eventually arrived with weapons that could penetrate and they also appropriated several semi-automatic rifles from a nearby firearms dealer. The incident sparked debate on the appropriate firepower for patrol officers to have available in similar situations in the future.[5]
The shootout
Larry Phillips, Jr. (left) and Emil Matasareanu (right) engaged LAPD officers in a firefight after robbing a branch of Bank of America.
On the morning of February 28, 1997, after months of preparation, including extensive reconnoitering of their intended target—the Bank of America branch on Laurel Canyon Boulevard—Phillips and Matasareanu loaded five illegally modified fully automatic rifles: three Romanian AIM rifles (an AK-47 copy), a modified HK91 and an AR-15. They also possessed two 9 mm Beretta 92F pistols, a .38 caliber revolver, and approximately 3,300 rounds of ammunition in box and drum magazines, and made their way from their apartment to the bank in a white Chevrolet Celebrity.[14] They wore their homemade body armor, as well as metal trauma plates to protect vital organs, and they took phenobarbital to calm their nerves.[15]
Phillips and Matasareanu arrived at the Bank of America branch office at the intersection of Laurel Canyon Boulevard and Archwood Street in North Hollywood around 9:17 a.m., and set their watch alarms for 8 minutes, which was the amount of time they estimated it would take for law enforcement officials to respond. Phillips had been using a radio scanner to listen to police transmissions to determine this time.[15] However, as they walked into the bank they were spotted by an LAPD patrol car driving down Laurel Canyon, and the officers in the car radioed in a possible 211, code for an armed robbery.[16]
Inside the bank, Phillips and Matasareanu forced the assistant manager to open the vault. They fired at least 100 rounds to scare the approximately 30 bank staff and customers[4] inside the bank to discourage resistance.[17] They were only able to get $303,305, instead of the expected $750,000 because the bank had altered the delivery schedule.[13]
At 9:38 a.m. Phillips exited the bank through its north doorway and Matasareanu through its south doorway. Both encountered dozens of LAPD patrol officers who had arrived after the first-responding officers radioed a "shots fired" call.[18] Television news helicopters responding to the "shots fired" LAPD dispatch arrived minutes later, and, despite being shot at by the gunmen themselves, broadcast throughout. SWAT commanders used the live helicopter broadcasts to pass critical, time-sensitive information to the officers on the scene.
Phillips and Matasareanu engaged the officers in a firefight, firing armor-piercing rounds into the patrol cars that had been positioned on Laurel Canyon in front of the bank.[14] The patrol officers were armed with standard Beretta 92-type 9 mm pistols and .38 caliber revolvers, and some also carried 12-gauge pump-action shotguns, but the body armor worn by Phillips and Matasareanu was strong enough to withstand them.[13] Multiple officers and civilians were wounded in the seven to eight minutes spanning from when the shooting began to when Matasareanu entered the robbers' white sedan to make a getaway; Phillips remained outside of the vehicle and continued firing on the police.[13] A tactical alert was issued, and 18 minutes after the shooting had begun, a SWAT team armed with automatic weapons arrived; they also commandeered an armored truck which they used to extract wounded civilians and officers who were pinned down.[13]

Jason Westcott was afraid.
One night last fall, he discovered via Facebook that a friend of a friend was planning with some co-conspirators to break in to his home. They were intent on stealing Wescott’s handgun and a couple of TV sets. According to the Facebook message, the suspect was planning on “burning” Westcott, who promptly called the Tampa Bay police and reported the plot.
According to the Tampa Bay Times, the investigating officers responding to Westcott’s call had a simple message for him: “If anyone breaks into this house, grab your gun and shoot to kill.”
Around 7:30 pm on May 27, the intruders arrived. Westcott followed the officers’ advice, grabbed his gun to defend his home, and died pointing it at the intruders. They used a semiautomatic shotgun and handgun to shoot down the 29-year-old motorcycle mechanic. He was hit three times, once in the arm and twice in his side, and pronounced dead upon arrival at the hospital.
The intruders, however, weren’t small-time crooks looking to make a small score. Rather, they were members of the Tampa Bay Police Department’s SWAT team, which was executing a search warrant on suspicion that Westcott and his partner were marijuana dealers. They had been tipped off by a confidential informant, whom they drove to Westcott’s home four times between February and May to purchase small amounts of marijuana, at $20–$60 a pop. The informer notified police that he saw two handguns in the home, which was why the Tampa Bay police deployed a SWAT team to execute the search warrant.
In the end, the same police department that told Westcott to protect his home with defensive force killed him when he did. After searching his small rental, the cops indeed found weed, two dollars’ worth, and one legal handgun—the one he was clutching when the bullets ripped into him.
Welcome to a new era of American policing, where cops increasingly see themselves as soldiers occupying enemy territory, often with the help of Uncle Sam’s armory, and where even nonviolent crimes are met with overwhelming force and brutality.
The War on Your Doorstep
The cancer of militarized policing has long been metastasizing in the body politic. It has been growing ever stronger since the first Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) teams were born in the 1960s in response to that decade’s turbulent mix of riots, disturbances and senseless violence like Charles Whitman’s infamous clocktower rampage in Austin, Texas.
While SWAT isn’t the only indicator that the militarization of American policing is increasing, it is the most recognizable. The proliferation of SWAT teams across the country and their paramilitary tactics have spread a violent form of policing designed for the extraordinary but in these years made ordinary. When the concept of SWAT arose out of the Philadelphia and Los Angeles Police Departments, it was quickly picked up by big-city police officials nationwide. Initially, however, it was an elite force reserved for uniquely dangerous incidents, such as active shooters, hostage situations or large-scale disturbances.
Nearly a half-century later, that’s no longer true.
In 1984, according to Radley Balko’s Rise of the Warrior Cop, about 26 percent percent of towns with populations between 25,000 and 50,000 had SWAT teams. By 2005, that number had soared to 80 percent and it’s still rising, though SWAT statistics are notoriously hard to come by.
As the number of SWAT teams has grown nationwide, so have the raids. Every year now, there are approximately 50,000 SWAT raids in the United States, according to Professor Pete Kraska of Eastern Kentucky University’s School of Justice Studies. In other words, roughly 137 times a day a SWAT team assaults a home and plunges its inhabitants and the surrounding community into terror.
Upping the Racial Profiling Ante
In a recently released report, “War Comes Home,” the American Civil Liberties Union (my employer) discovered that nearly 80 percent of all SWAT raids it reviewed between 2011 and 2012 were deployed to execute a search warrant.
Pause here a moment and consider that these violent home invasions are routinely used against people who are only suspected of a crime. Up-armored paramilitary teams now regularly bash down doors in search of evidence of a possible crime. In other words, police departments increasingly choose a tactic that often results in injury and property damage as its first option, not the one of last resort. In more than 60 percent of the raids the ACLU investigated, SWAT members rammed down doors in search of possible drugs, not to save a hostage, respond to a barricade situation, or neutralize an active shooter.
On the other side of that broken-down door, more often than not, are blacks and Latinos. When the ACLU could identify the race of the person or people whose home was being broken into, 68 percent of the SWAT raids against minorities were for the purpose of executing a warrant in search of drugs. When it came to whites, that figure dropped to 38 percent, despite the well-known fact that blacks, whites and Latinos all use drugs at roughly the same rates. SWAT teams, it seems, have a disturbing record of disproportionately applying their specialized skill set within communities of color.
Think of this as racial profiling on steroids in which the humiliation of stop and frisk is raised to a terrifying new level.
Everyday Militarization
Don’t think, however, that the military mentality and equipment associated with SWAT operations are confined to those elite units. Increasingly, they’re permeating all forms of policing.
As Karl Bickel, a senior policy analyst with the Justice Department’s Community Policing Services office, observes, police across America are being trained in a way that emphasizes force and aggression. He notes that recruit training favors a stress-based regimen that’s modeled on military boot camp rather than on the more relaxed academic setting a minority of police departments still employ. The result, he suggests, is young officers who believe policing is about kicking ass rather than working with the community to make neighborhoods safer. Or as comedian Bill Maher reminded officers recently: “The words on your car, ‘protect and serve,’ refer to us, not you.”
This authoritarian streak runs counter to the core philosophy that supposedly dominates twenty-first-century American thinking: community policing. Its emphasis is on a mission of “keeping the peace” by creating and maintaining partnerships of trust with and in the communities served. Under the community model, which happens to be the official policing philosophy of the US government, officers are protectors but also problem solvers who are supposed to care, first and foremost, about how their communities see them. They don’t command respect, the theory goes: they earn it. Fear isn’t supposed to be their currency. Trust is.
Nevertheless, police recruiting videos, as in those from California’s Newport Beach Police Department and New Mexico’s Hobbs Police Department, actively play up not the community angle but militarization as a way of attracting young men with the promise of Army-style adventure and high-tech toys. Policing, according to recruiting videos like these, isn’t about calmly solving problems; it’s about you and your boys breaking down doors in the middle of the night.
SWAT’s influence reaches well beyond that. Take the increasing adoption of battle-dress uniforms (BDUs) for patrol officers. These militaristic, often black, jumpsuits, Bickel fears, make them less approachable and possibly also more aggressive in their interactions with the citizens they’re supposed to protect.
A small project at Johns Hopkins University seemed to bear this out. People were shown pictures of police officers in their traditional uniforms and in BDUs. Respondents, the survey indicated, would much rather have a police officer show up in traditional dress blues. Summarizing its findings, Bickel writes, “The more militaristic look of the BDUs, much like what is seen in news stories of our military in war zones, gives rise to the notion of our police being an occupying force in some inner city neighborhoods, instead of trusted community protectors.”
Where Do They Get Those Wonderful Toys?
“I wonder if I can get in trouble for doing this,” the young man says to his buddy in the passenger seat as they film the Saginaw County Sheriff Office’s new toy: a Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicle. As they film the MRAP from behind, their amateur video has a Red Dawn–esque feel, as if an occupying military were now patrolling this Michigan county’s streets. “This is getting ready for ****ing crazy times, dude,” one young man comments. “Why,” his friend replies, “has our city gotten that ****ing bad?”
In fact, nothing happening in Saginaw County warranted the deployment of an armored vehicle capable of withstanding bullets and the sort of improvised explosive devices that insurgent forces have regularly planted along roads in America’s recent war zones. Sheriff William Federspiel, however, fears the worst. “As sheriff of the county, I have to put ourselves in the best position to protect our citizens and protect our property,” he told a reporter. “I have to prepare for something disastrous.”

Lucky for Federspiel, his exercise in paranoid disaster preparedness didn’t cost his office a penny. That $425,000 MRAP came as a gift, courtesy of Uncle Sam, from one of our far-flung counterinsurgency wars. The nasty little secret of policing’s militarization is that taxpayers are subsidizing it through programs overseen by the Pentagon, the Department of Homeland Security and the Justice Department.
Take the 1033 program. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) may be an obscure agency within the Department of Defense, but through the 1033 program, which it oversees, it’s one of the core enablers of American policing’s excessive militarization. Beginning in 1990, Congress authorized the Pentagon to transfer its surplus property free of charge to federal, state and local police departments to wage the war on drugs. In 1997, Congress expanded the purpose of the program to include counterterrorism in section 1033 of the defense authorization bill. In one single page of a 450-page law, Congress helped sow the seeds of today’s warrior cops.
The amount of military hardware transferred through the program has grown astronomically over the years. In 1990, the Pentagon gave $1 million worth of equipment to US law enforcement. That number had jumped to nearly $450 million in 2013. Overall, the program has shipped off more than $4.3 billion worth of materiel to state and local cops, according to the DLA.
In its recent report, the ACLU found a disturbing range of military gear being transferred to civilian police departments nationwide. Police in North Little Rock, Arkansas, for instance, received 34 automatic and semi-automatic rifles, two robots that can be armed, military helmets, and a Mamba tactical vehicle. Police in Gwinnet County, Georgia, received fifty-seven semi-automatic rifles, mostly M-16s and M-14s. The Utah Highway Patrol, according to a Salt Lake City Tribune investigation, got an MRAP from the 1033 program, and Utah police received 1,230 rifles and four grenade launchers. After South Carolina’s Columbia Police Department received its very own MRAP worth $658,000, its SWAT Commander Captain E.M. Marsh noted that 500 similar vehicles had been distributed to law enforcement organizations across the country.
Astoundingly, one-third of all war materiel parceled out to state, local and tribal police agencies is brand new. This raises further disconcerting questions: Is the Pentagon simply wasteful when it purchases military weapons and equipment with taxpayer dollars? Or could this be another downstream, subsidized market for defense contractors? Whatever the answer, the Pentagon is actively distributing weaponry and equipment made for US counterinsurgency campaigns abroad to police who patrol American streets and this is considered sound policy in Washington. The message seems striking enough: what might be necessary for Kabul might also be necessary for DeKalb County.
In other words, the twenty-first-century war on terror has melded thoroughly with the twentieth-century war on drugs, and the result couldn’t be anymore disturbing: police forces that increasingly look and act like occupying armies.
How the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Justice Are Up-Armoring the Police
When police departments look to muscle up their arms and tactics, the Pentagon isn’t the only game in town. Civilian agencies are in on it, too.
During a 2011 investigation, reporters Andrew Becker and G.W. Schulz discovered that, since 9/11, police departments watching over some of the safest places in America have used $34 billion in grant funding from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to militarize in the name of counterterrorism.
In Fargo, North Dakota, for example, the city and its surrounding county went on an $8 million spending spree with federal money, according to Becker and Schulz. Although the area averaged less than two murders a year since 2005, every squad car is now armed with an assault rifle. Police also have access to Kevlar helmets that can stop heavy firepower as well as an armored truck worth approximately $250,000. In Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 1,500 beat cops have been trained to use AR-15 assault rifles with homeland security grant funding.
As with the 1033 program, neither DHS nor state and local governments account for how the equipment, including body armor and drones, is used. While the rationale behind stocking up on these military-grade supplies is invariably the possibility of a terrorist attack, school shooting or some other horrific event, the gear is normally used to conduct paramilitary drug raids, as Balko notes.
Still, the most startling source of police militarization is the Department of Justice, the very agency officially dedicated to spreading the community policing model through its Community Oriented Policing Services office.
In 1988, Congress authorized the Byrne grant programs in the Anti–Drug Abuse Act, which gave state and local police federal funds to enlist in the government’s drug war. That grant program, according to Balko, led to the creation of regional and multijurisdictional narcotics task forces, which gorged themselves on federal money and, with little federal, state or local oversight, spent it beefing up their weapons and tactics. In 2011, 585 of these task forces operated off of Byrne grant funding.
http://www.thenation.com/sites/defau...son_ap_img.jpg
(AP Photo/Jeff Robertson)
The grants, Balko reports, also incentivized the type of policing that has made the war on drugs such a destructive force in American society. The Justice Department doled out Byrne grants based on how many arrests officers made, how much property they seized and how many warrants they served. The very things these narcotics task forces did very well. “As a result,” Balko writes, “we have roving squads of drug cops, loaded with SWAT gear, who get money if they conduct more raids, make more arrests, and seize more property, and they are virtually immune to accountability if they get out of line.”
Regardless of whether this militarization has occurred due to federal incentives or executive decision-making in police departments or both, police across the nation are up-armoring with little or no public debate. In fact, when the ACLU requested SWAT records from 255 law enforcement agencies as part of its investigation, 114 denied them. The justifications for such denials varied, but included arguments that the documents contained “trade secrets” or that the cost of complying with the request would be prohibitive. Communities have a right to know how the police do their jobs, but more often than not, police departments think otherwise.
Being the Police Means Never Having to Say You’re Sorry
Report by report, evidence is mounting that America’s militarized police are a threat to public safety. But in a country where the cops increasingly look upon themselves as soldiers doing battle day in, day out, there’s no need for public accountability or even an apology when things go grievously wrong.
If community policing rests on mutual trust between the police and the people, militarized policing operates on the assumption of “officer safety” at all costs and contempt for anyone who sees things differently. The result is an “us versus them” mentality.
Just ask the parents of Bou Bou Phonesavanh. Around 3 am on May 28, the Habersham County Special Response Team conducted a no-knock raid at a relative’s home near Cornelia, Georgia, where the family was staying. The officers were looking for the homeowner’s son, whom they suspected of selling $50 worth of drugs to a confidential informant. As it happened, he no longer lived there.
Despite evidence that children were present—a minivan in the driveway, children’s toys littering the yard, and a Pack ’n Play next to the door—a SWAT officer tossed a “flashbang” grenade into the home. It landed in 19-month-old Bou Bou’s crib and exploded, critically wounding the toddler. When his distraught mother tried to reach him, officers screamed at her to sit down and shut up, telling her that her child was fine and had just lost a tooth. In fact, his nose was hanging off his face, his body had been severely burned, and he had a hole in his chest. Rushed to the hospital, Bou Bou had to be put into a medically induced coma.
The police claimed that it was all a mistake and that there had been no evidence children were present. “There was no malicious act performed,” Habersham County Sheriff Joey Terrell told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. “It was a terrible accident that was never supposed to happen.” The Phonesavanhs have yet to receive an apology from the sheriff’s office. “Nothing. Nothing for our son. No card. No balloon. Not a phone call. Not anything,” Bou Bou’s mother, Alecia Phonesavanh, told CNN.
Similarly, Tampa Bay Police Chief Jane Castor continues to insist that Jay Westcott’s death in the militarized raid on his house was his own fault. “Mr. Westcott lost his life because he aimed a loaded firearm at police officers. You can take the entire marijuana issue out of the picture,” Castor said. “If there’s an indication that there is armed trafficking going on—someone selling narcotics while they are armed or have the ability to use a firearm—then the tactical response team will do the initial entry.”
In her defense of the SWAT raid, Castor simply dismissed any responsibility for Westcott’s death. “They did everything they could to serve this warrant in a safe manner,” she wrote the Tampa Bay Times— “everything,” that is, but find an alternative to storming the home of a man they knew feared for his life.
Almost half of all American households report having a gun, as the ACLU notes in its report. That means the police always have a ready-made excuse for using SWAT teams to execute warrants when less confrontational and less violent alternatives exist.
In other words, if police believe you’re selling drugs, beware. Suspicion is all they need to turn your world upside down. And if they’re wrong, don’t worry; the intent couldn’t have been better.
Voices in the Wilderness
The militarization of the police shouldn’t be surprising. As Hubert Williams, a former police director of Newark, New Jersey, and Patrick V. Murphy, former commissioner of the New York City Police Department, put it nearly twenty-five years ago, police are “barometers of the society in which they operate.” In post-9/11 America, that means police forces imbued with the “hooah” mentality of soldiers and acting as if they are fighting an insurgency in their own backyard.
While the pace of police militarization has quickened, there has at least been some push-back from current and former police officials who see the trend for what it is: the destruction of community policing. In Spokane, Washington, Councilman Mike Fagan, a former police detective, is pushing back against police officers wearing BDUs, calling the get-up “intimidating” to citizens. In Utah, the legislature passed a bill requiring probable cause before police could execute a no-knock raid. Salt Lake City Police Chief Chris Burbank has been a vocal critic of militarization, telling the local paper, “We’re not the military. Nor should we look like an invading force coming in.” Just recently, Chief Charlie Beck of the Los Angeles Police Department agreed with the ACLU and the Los Angeles Times editorial board that “the lines between municipal law enforcement and the US military cannot be blurred.”
Retired Seattle police chief Norm Stamper has also become an outspoken critic of militarizing police forces, noting that “most of what police are called upon to do, day in and day out, requires patience, diplomacy, and interpersonal skills.” In other words, community policing. Stamper is the chief who green-lighted a militarized response to World Trade Organization protests in his city in 1999 (“The Battle in Seattle”). It’s a decision he would like to take back. “My support for a militaristic solution caused all hell to break loose,” he wrote in The Nation. “Rocks, bottles and newspaper racks went flying. Windows were smashed, stores were looted, fires lighted; and more gas filled the streets, with some cops clearly overreacting, escalating and prolonging the conflict.”
These former policemen and law enforcement officials understand that police officers shouldn’t be breaking down any citizen’s door at 3 am armed with AR-15s and flashbang grenades in search of a small amount of drugs, while an MRAP idles in the driveway. The anti-militarists, however, are in the minority right now. And until that changes, violent paramilitary police raids will continue to break down the doors of nearly 1,000 American households a week.
War, once started, can rarely be contained.

This is outrageous and interference in an investigation for purely political purposes. Democrats have no shame, or respect for the rule of law.
Via Twitchy:Late Monday night, just minutes before tear gas began to be deployed against protesters in Ferguson, Mo., Democrat Gov. Jay Nixon issued a tweet asking the people of Ferguson to “show the world that we can protest peacefully and passionately.”He made the comments today even though the investigation is ongoing.
That certainly didn’t happen, but tonight the governor is trying again, this time with a YouTube video “about the difficult but important test facing us all.”
He also called for a “vigorous prosecution.” Not investigation, but prosecution.
Watch the video:

Here are a few excerpts from the statement via the Gateway Pundit:…Amid all the pain and distrust and anger, we’ve also seen tremendous acts of grace, courage, and kindness as the people of Ferguson try to maintain peace, while they call for justice for the family of Michael Brown. In Ferguson, people of all races and creeds are joining hands to pray for justice. Teenagers cooking meals for law enforcement officers. Community leaders demonstrating courage and heroism throughout the night in standing against armed and violent instigators…Do you think it’s outrageous for the Governor to do this while the investigation is continuing?
…But we will not be defeated by bricks and guns and Molotov cocktails. With the help of peaceful demonstrators, pastors and community leaders, Captain Johnson and law enforcement will not give up trying to ensure that those with peace in their hearts are not drowned out by those with senseless violence in their hands.
Second, a vigorous prosecution must now be pursued.
The democratically elected St. Louis County prosecutor and the Attorney General of the United States, each have a job to do.

‘Irresponsible & Outrageous’: Megyn Slams ‘Vigorous Prosecution’ Remark

Video at the page link:
Megyn Kelly and Chris Stirewalt tonight discussed Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon’s call for “vigorous prosecution” in the shooting death of Michael Brown.
“He echoed the call of the protesters. The call of the protesters is ‘arrest him,’ and he said ‘vigorously prosecute,’” Stirewalt said.
MO Lt. Gov. Kinder: Nixon’s ‘Vigorous Prosecution’ Statement Is Wrong
“That is not the way our justice system works, and he knows damn well that’s the case. He knows it!” Kelly said. “He has a responsibility as the chief executive of that state to not stoke the fire, Chris. Is he that worried about his own political hide that he’s going to endanger this officer’s life further?”
Kelly called Nixon’s remarks “an irresponsible and outrageous statement to make.” She said he must walk back his remarks and apologize.

NATION OF ISLAM AND NEW BLACK PANTHERS DIRECTING VIOLENT PROTESTS IN FERGUSON
Kareem Abdul-Jabbar says Ferguson represents race and class war

The Nation of Islam and the New Black Panthers are behind the scenes directing the protests in Ferguson, Missouri according to Malik Zulu Shabazz, the head of Black Lawyers for Justice.
“As you well know, on Thursday night, my group — and thanks to you — my organizers, along with the New Black Panther Party and the Nation of Islam, we are the ones who put those men in the streets and we controlled the flow of traffic,” Shabazz said during a news conference on Saturday.
Ron Johnson, the captain of the Missouri Highway Patrol, agreed with the statement made by Shabazz.
Shabazz said the curfew enforced by the police represents a “prescription for confrontation.”
Violence erupted on Sunday night ahead of the curfew. Demonstrators threw Molotov cocktails at police, looted stores and carried out a “coordinated attempt” to block roads and overrun the police’s command center, according to Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon, who characterized the acts as “pre-planned.”
In response, Nixon ordered the National Guard into the area.
A video posted to Vine on Sunday night showed a man with the Nation of Islam directing protests. He instructed protesters to “fall back” and described the move as “the art of war.”

Also on Sunday, former NBA basketball player Kareem Abdul-Jabbar said the violent protests in Ferguson are “not just about systemic racism” but “class warfare and how America’s poor are held back.”
“I’m not saying the protests in Ferguson aren’t justified — they are. In fact, we need more protests across the country,” Abdul-Jabbar said.
“Because that’s what it will take to evoke actual change. The middle class has to join the poor and whites have to join African-Americans in mass demonstrations, in ousting corrupt politicians, in boycotting exploitative businesses, in passing legislation that promotes economic equality and opportunity, and in punishing those who gamble with our financial future.”

ISIS terrorists: We're here in Ferguson
Sign at protest march intended to deliver message of fear

A sign carried by a protester in Ferguson, Missouri, declaring the presence of the Islamic State, or ISIS, is an act of intimidation, warning Americans they should fear the Middle Eastern Islamic jihadist group even in their own homes, according to an expert.
Islam analyst Robert Spencer, whose Jihad Watch website website monitors Islamic jihad worldwide, said the sign, which says, “ISIS here,” is “in line with supporters of the Islamic State taking photos of the Islamic State flag held in front of the White House and other landmarks.”
“The objective is to ‘strike terror into the hearts of the enemies of Allah’ (Quran 8:60) and to emphasize the desire of Islamic State jihadis to strike within the U.S.,” he said.
“The fact that they have supporters here in the U.S. who can hold the banner in Missouri and the sign at the White House shows that that is a very real possibility,” he warned.
The Islamic State is the terror army that has taken over large areas across Iraq, killing and scattering Christians and other non-Muslims. The atrocities have included the slaughter of men, women and children, forced sex slavery and the destruction of religious sites, including what is believed to be the tomb of the prophet Jonah.
Now, in Ferguson, where mobs have been rioting for more than a week over the shooting death of a black teen by a police officer, Islamic State is claiming a presence.
Video of CNN’s Jake Tapper delivering a report in Ferguson shows someone carrying the Islamic State sign down the street, keeping pace with Tapper.
ISISsign
The Daily Mail in the United Kingdom reported other ways ISIS is threatening Americans in Ferguson.
Among the social media messages monitored by the paper was one from Amarka Al-Ahlam, who said, “I believe that all #IS members in America should travel to Ferguson and prepare to establish a revolutionary Islamic state.”
Amreeki Witness said: “It’s time to strike fear into the hearts of the oppressors. #FergusonUnderIS.”
The Mail said one ISIS supporter, Mujahid Miski, said he was based in Africa. He reportedly was leading the campaign of fear, writing: “So how is democracy treating you guys? #FergunsonUnderIS.”
The Mail reported, “In one message Amreeki Witness mocks the curfew police have imposed in Ferguson to bring an end to the disorder, saying: ‘We IS guys hate you for your freedom, eh? Just like that freedom uplifting curfew in #Ferguson? Wake up, or they’ll never let you outside.’”
Another social media jihadist wrote: “Any and all #IS members in the kufar lands – I urge you to travel to #Ferguson and form brigades there, to take the unrestful land Inshallah.”
The violence in Ferguson erupted after a police officer shot and killed 18-year-old Michael Brown Aug. 9. Autopsy reports suggested the suspect in a strong-arm robbery of a store just a few minutes earlier was rushing at the officer when he was shot.
Critics of police claimed Brown had raised his arms and was surrendering when he was shot.
Police in the St. Louis suburb have used tear gas, smoke bombs, Long Range Acoustic Device weapons, curfews and dispersal orders to try to contain the unrest. There were about 30 people arrested overnight Monday and a few injuries.
What do YOU think? Is Ferguson police officer getting a fair shake? Sound off in today’s WND poll.

"The best way to control the opposition is to lead it ourselves."
― Vladimir Lenin
A video has surfaced in which a man in the Saint Louis area, who has been involved in the protests in Missouri tells viewers that agent provocateurs are infiltrating legitimate protests in Missouri, all for the sake of the government growing its militarized presence in the area.
The videographer wrote in the description of the video:"I debated with myself over an hour about whether I should post this or not. Earlier, while on the 2nd shift of our U. City protest, a guy pulled up, called all of us over, and said he worked with the government. He asked if we had a cell phone or something we could record him with. He said he was on his way out of here and wanted this recorded. I shid you not, and between my research on this government, & history, I'm inclined to believe him. Watch, like, share, tag, flood the news fb pages, WE ARE ALMOST OUT OF TIME!!!"*Warning – Graphic Language*
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6oiBE9DTlW4
We have had numerous reports that there are infiltrators in many of these protests and we have seen the police stand down against actual lawbreakers while at the same time throwing flashbang grenades, firing tear gas and rubber bullets at peaceful protesters. And what makes me sick about this is that "conservatives" cheer this on. I'm not one that will back lawbreakers, but honestly people, since when is simply protesting a bad thing?
I couldn't make out that guy's name on the video because it was so mumbled. However, he began by stating that the protests were a "beautiful thing." However, he quickly spoke out infiltrators among the people that were "plants."
"What they doing is bringing these national guards in today," he said. "By next week, we will have St. Louis locked down. I'm trying to tell ya'll that these protestors that they plant in these neighborhoods, they gonna plant them in Chesterfield… they gonna plant them in Clayton… they gonna plant them in Florissant… they gonna plant them in Hazelwood."
"They gonna have people standing outside that's paid," he continued. "They gonna walk up to bums, paying 'em hundreds of dollars to stand and hold a sign to say 'Free my people' or 'No fighting' or 'No shooting.'"
"But that sh*t is propaganda," he said. "It's an agenda. They putting ya'll in the hood. And in three days, it's gonna be a big-ass group of people around here, and next thing you know, there's gonna be some troops at the end of that light and some troops at the end of that light. They tryin' to do this so they can get in these cribs."
I confess that after watching the video, he was reminiscent of what I told Bradlee Dean on his Sons of Liberty Radio show yesterday. This is all about stirring up a rebellion, so that the government can come in and be the savior and drop the hammer on these people.
But there was more to be said. The guy in the video said that he believes this is being done so that the government can get into people's houses.
"Obama signed martial law in 2012," he said. "The sh*t is gonna go down. There is no peace from here."
He concluded by saying, "Get your family, get your loved ones and love them. This is the heart of America. They chose this state for a reason."
"They plant people in our neighborhoods who look just like us. Niggas wearing Jays and saying 'Go out there and protest' and then they gonna have a nigga shoot in the air and then they gonna have assault rifles shooting at everybody on the block. That's how they do it and that's how the news gonna present it… the agenda is to shut St. Louis down. We the heart of America."
As I told Dean yesterday, I do believe that this entire event is being orchestrated by the federal government, not local government. We have seen how DHS has provided provocateurs and the New Black Panthers, who are very tight with Barack Obama and Eric Holder, have also been in Ferguson to incite more violence.
Probably the best thing the people in the area can do at this point is arm themselves and simply stay inside. By doing so, they take away any advantage to use and manipulate them from their would be oppressors. Furthermore, if they protests continue, the people should be wise enough to root out infiltrators. Anyone that is not known to the crowd, should be immediately suspect and ostracized from their protests.
While the Michael Brown shooting may have been the start of this issue, that is not the story here. The story is how the militarized police of the area are allowing the lawlessness of rioting and looting, while at the same time making criminals of peaceful protestors. Just watch the video below.

DHS Is Employing Agent Provocateurs and Are Behind the Events In Ferguson
Dave Hodges August 17, 2014
131 Comments
What the mainstream media is not reporting is beginning to leak out from local citizens in St. Louis and from an informant from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) who are all telling a different story than the one you see on Fox, CNN and CBS. First, the locals are reporting that the rioting has spread far beyond the Ferguson city limits. Rioting is taking place as far away as St. Charles, which is located approximately 20 miles away from Ferguson. Second, more people are becoming aware that the police chief of Ferguson, Thomas Jackson, is not in control of his own police force as he has relinquished control to DHS.
DHS Is Fanning the Flames of Violence
In the past five days I have been contacted, via one of my most trusted sources, a member of DHS, who is opposed to the events and DHS involvement in Ferguson, Missouri. This source stated that DHS is running the Ferguson Police Department and that their actions are designed to antagonize and to provoke the locals to violence. He further stated that he believed that the ultimate goal is to inflame the local citizens to such a point martial law will be declared.
In and even more shocking revelation, this DHS source stated that the rioting and looting which followed the shooting death of 18 year old, Michael Brown, was encouraged and exacerbated by undercover DHS agents posing as members of the Black Panthers.
Lending support to this latest accusation of DHS complicity in the rioting was the behavior of the Ferguson Police Department during the looting. During the civil unrest, the behavior of the Ferguson Police was simply to create a perimeter around the looting and allow it to continue. This violates every tenet of law enforcement. It more resembles quarantine procedures practiced by DHS, Northcom and the National Guard. The police should have moved to intervene to stop the looting and prevent the spread of violence. If the situation were beyond the control of the police, then the National Guard should have been brought in. Given the revelation of the DHS source, it seems plausible that his story of wanting the violence to escalate appears to be the case.
The Ferguson Police Deliberately Antagonizes the Media for Doing Their Job
Both Ryan Reilly, of the Huffington Post, and Washington Post reporter, Wesley Lowery were working in a McDonald's in Ferguson, Missouri, when a SWAT team suddenly descended upon the restaurant. After being told to stop recording the proceedings and refusing, both men were then violently arrested in yet another case of Ferguson police brutality. Please note that recording police officers is a legal act. Lowery was shoved into a soda machine. One of Ferguson's finest slammed Ryan Reilly's head against glass. Lowery told the police that this would be on the front page of the Washington Post tomorrow and the officer responded, "Yeah, well, you will be in my jail cell tonight."
Thomas Jackson is supposed to be the Chief of Police in Ferguson, Missouri. Thomas Jackson has largely been reduced to a figurehead and is not in command of his own paramilitary police force that has been outfitted and equipped by DHS. Jackson has so completely lost control of his own force, he expressed extreme surprise when he was told by reporter Matt Pearce that reporters Reilley and Lowery were being arrested (see tweet below). Does the Chief know that other members of the media are being threatened for merely covering the events as reporters are mandated and permitted to do? If this "Chief" had control of his police force, he would have strict rules for dealing with the media and these rules would not consist of promoting the police brutality described below. The last thing a police chief should want is to alienate the media in hostile and controversial situation. This Chief should be arresting any provocateurs who have infiltrated his department and are giving orders. Instead, he is laying down in the face of illegitimate DHS authority which is operating in violation of the 10th Amendment. Thomas Jackson needs to resign immediately.

Lowery and Reilly are not the only reporters are not the only media being harassed by the out of control paramilitary force from Ferguson. Al-Jazeera reporters were hit with tear gas canisters. Other reporters tell stories of having Ferguson Swat Teams points guns at them and threatening them.

Where's Obama?
When Trayvon Martin was shot and killed last year, Obama said that he could identify with Martin. He took Martin's side. Why isn't Obama expressing the same outrage with regard to the murder of unarmed Michael Brown?
Instead, Obama issues the weakest statement that I have ever witnessed in the face of such horrific violence and goes back to playing golf? Is this his way of the letting the events unfold in the face of DHS provocation? Meanwhile, this President is now doing what he does best.
The Ferguson Event Was Rehearsed Two Years Earlier
People from St. Louis have brought to my attention that these events were "rehearsed" two years ago. Here is a local news report which ran about this martial law training in just another of life's little coincidences.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NlLRx-uSXtA
Analysis
One of my readers sent me Michael Snyder's account of DOJ involvement in the activities on the ground in Ferguson. Snyder reported that "DOJ agents will be "conducting training" for Ferguson protesters that will focus on "best practices for participating in protests". I have no doubt that the Snyder account is accurate, and that the provocations are designed to promote antagonism is a multi-agency endeavor. This also serves to explain Obama's incredibly weak response to this crisis.
There are many who believe that the desire of the DHS and the globalists is to get the civil unrest to spread like wildfire across the country, which would result in the implementation of martial law. I have no doubt that martial law is the goal of this administration for a variety of reasons that I have previously covered (e.g. prelude and acceptance of American involvement in World War III, etc.). However, I do not think that the DOJ and DHS have the manpower to pull this off all over the country. Yes, I do expect to see more "Ferguson type of events", but not widespread enough to lead to nationwide martial law.
These events in Ferguson are a stepping stone towards ramping up the anti-government rhetoric. Watch the national programming, the commentaries offered by the hosts consist of this persistent phrase "I cannot believe that this happening in America." I even heard this phrase uttered on Entertainment Tonight. The national media is fanning the flames. So, you ask, if this is only a stepping stone, where is this leading?
An aroused America will not accept mandatory vaccines. You may have noticed that the national media has pulled back from covering Ebola in favor of the events in Jefferson. If I were to make an educated guess, I would say that after the civil unrest begins to dissipate, we will see some kind of outbreak of Ebola. Vaccinations will become mandatory and your will have 10,000 Ferguson, Missouri's and that's is what we will see the implementation of nationwide martial law. After all, do you really think the money being put forth to fund an Ebola vaccine which is being spent by Monsanto (Tekmira) and GSK, is really going to go to waste? Remember, America, sunlight is the best disinfectant.

ST. LOUIS (AP) — Attorney General Eric Holder sought Wednesday to reassure the people of Ferguson about the investigation into Michael Brown's death and said he understands why many black Americans do not trust police, recalling how he was repeatedly stopped by officers who seemed to target him because of his race.
Holder made the remarks during a visit to the St. Louis suburb that has been wracked by more than a week of unrest since the black 18-year-old was shot and killed by a white officer.
The attorney general remembered how he was stopped twice on the New Jersey Turnpike and accused of speeding. Police searched his car, going through the trunk and looking under the seats.
"I remember how humiliating that was and how angry I was and the impact it had on me," Holder said during a private meeting with about 50 community leaders at the Florissant campus of St. Louis Community College.

Beaten to Death at McDonald’s
August 20, 2014 by David Paulin 294 Comments
David Paulin, an Austin, TX-based freelance journalist, covered Hugo Chavez's rise to power while based in Caracas as a foreign correspondent. He also reported from the Caribbean while based in Kingston, Jamaica.
http://cdn.frontpagemag.com/wp-conte...mb-412x350.jpg It had seemed to the four clean-cut college freshman that night like a typical McDonald’s: spanking clean, well-lighted, and safe. It was in a good neighborhood too, right next to Texas A&M University in College Station – a campus known for its friendly atmosphere and official down-home greeting: “howdy”
Out on a double date, the two couples pulled into the parking lot of so-called “University McDonald’s” shortly after 2 a.m. that Sunday – and beheld a scene unlike anything portrayed in all those wholesome McDonald’s television commercials. Before them, hundreds of young black males were loitering about, some without shirts.
Other local residents — the more cynical and world-weary, both whites and most blacks — would have taken one look at the crowd and driven off, dismissing many of the young and posturing black males as thugs. But not them: innocent white kids from the suburbs. They presumed this was post-racial America — and that they were in an easy-going college town.
Twenty minutes later, two of them were dead.
Incredibly, the race of the assailants was scrubbed from local news coverage; and utterly missing from tersely written wire-service stories about a Brazos County jury’s whopping $27 million negligence verdict on July 30 against “University McDonald’s” – an outlet owned by the Oak Brook, Illinois-based fast-food giant. What the media considered unmentionable nevertheless loomed over a riveting seven-day trial, which came amid the growing phenomenon of black-on-white violence — unprovoked attacks on whites and black mob violence like the so-called “knock-out game.”
Chris Hamilton, lead lawyer of the small Dallas firm that humbled the corporate giant, was asked, during a phone interview, how many reporters had even bothered to inquire about the race of the assailants during the many interviews he gave.
“You’re the only one,” he replied.
Race, of course, was irrelevant to the high-stakes negligence trial that revolved around McDonald’s lack of on-site security and corporate responsibility. Yet shortly before the trial, Hamilton hinted at the issue of race – suggesting that two very different worlds were colliding at University McDonald’s during its after-midnight hours – a mix that was potentially volatile. The trial, he told a local television reporter, was not only about seeking justice for his clients — but about the public’s need “to know what’s really going on at McDonald’s: what the risks are; what the dangers are of sending your kids there, particularly after midnight.”
His extensive pretrial investigation – numerous depositions, pathology reports, and an in-depth analysis of police records – told a story that was heartbreaking and infuriating, and that until the trial had remained largely out of pubic view as the case was handled by College Station Police, Brazos County District Attorney Jarvis Parsons, and an asleep-at-the-wheel news media.
Apart from legal arguments over alleged corporate negligence, the high-profile trial offered a shocking view of how a thuggish black subculture flourished at University McDonald’s. The blame could be laid squarely upon McDonald’s black managers, and on the failure of higher-ups in McDonald’s to ensure patrons, both black and white, were safe during late-night hours – an increasingly lucrative market for the fast-food giant.
Beaten to Death
For the two young couples, the evening had started at a country-western concert at “Hurricane Harry’s” in College Station’s entertainment district; and afterward, just after 2 a.m. on Sunday, February 18, 2012 — a quick trip to nearby “University McDonald’s” as it’s widely known.
Parking his Toyota 4Runner, Denton James Ward, age 18, stepped down from the big SUV with Tanner Giesen, then 19 years old. The two friends from Flower Mound, an affluent Dallas suburb, headed to the McDonald’s bathroom; Ward wore his cowboy hat. The girls - Lauren Bailey Crisp and Samantha Bean, both 19 – took the SUV to the drive-through.
Both inside and out, University McDonald’s was bustling. But it definitely wasn’t the usual daytime crowd – clean-cut and mostly white “Aggies” as A&M’s students are known. Instead, up to 400 black males were loitering about the parking lot, a police officer later estimated. Inside, it was mostly a black crowd too: a large number of black males were loitering about, many without food. Some were shirtless.
This was the usual after-midnight crowd on Saturdays and Sundays at the 24-hour McDonald’s. And unbeknownst to the two couples – and many in College Station – this McDonald’s was a major late-night trouble spot.
Police were constantly responding to late-night fights, assaults, and disturbances among huge crowds that were mostly black – a problem one top police official called a “drain on resources.” Most of the reported incidents – some 200 in the three years preceding Ward and Crisp’s deaths – involved black-on-black violence by gang bangers and, according to one police officer, members of black college fraternities. One police report described an unidentified man’s head getting bashed against a curb. White patrons appeared to be especially susceptible and at risk – and when they were attacked, the blows were particularly vicious. The hours of 2-to-3 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays were especially volatile, with at least a dozen fights and assaults reported during those hours in the year preceding Ward and Crisp’s deaths.
For Ward and Giesen, the trouble started seconds after exiting McDonald’s front door. “You’re in the wrong neck of the woods, cowboys,” Giesen recalled a young black male saying.
Unwittingly, they’d blundered into a highly-charged situation. Shortly before they’d arrived, two black males had gotten into a loud argument inside the restaurant. A gun was brandished. But manager Lindsey Ives, a black woman, didn’t call the police. She told the men to take their dispute outside.
In an instant, a bloodthirsty mob was upon the college students.
A fist slammed into Giesen’s face. Ward tried to break-up the altercation, according to trial testimony. Instead, he suffered a brutal mob stomping lasting several minutes. Some 20 young black males closed in – mercilessly kicking and punching his head and body and even jumping on him, witnesses said. Giesen was knocked unconscious.
An athletic young man — 5-foot-6 and 163 pounds – Ward had a handsome face framed by a mop of rusty brown hair. But after the beating, one witness — a retired U.S. Marine and one of a few white customers – said Ward’s face was “really messed up”; was “broken” and “mushy” and “just did not look natural.”
Bean and Crisp, both 19, rounded the corner of the drive-through to see the mob stomping. The horrified and frightened young women jumped out of the SUV screaming for it to stop. Crisp, Ward’s girlfriend, even rushed into the melee, according to trial testimony. Blood poured from Ward’s face. Some nearby good-Samaritans, including a few black females, helped the frantic teens lift their dates into the 4Runner’s back seat; Ward was unable to speak or walk. Danisha Stern, a trial witness, then told them to “get out of there . . . it’s not safe.”
Immediately, the terrified girls took that advice – rather than waiting for police. Bean, Giesen’s date, took the wheel with Crisp occupying the front passenger seat. Speeding away, Bean made a frantic across-town dash for an emergency room. She worried somebody from the McDonald’s mob might follow and run her off the road.
Ward was drifting in and out of consciousness. Blood was everywhere. Fearing he was slipping away, Crisp frantically climbed into the back seat, kneeling on the floorboard to do what she could — pushing him back into his seat when he slumped forward. They had been dating three months. The girls were “freaking out,” Giesen recalled. “I remember lots of screaming and yelling going on.”
Then – about 10 minutes after speeding away from University McDonald’s – Bean ran a red light. The 4Runner was hit broadside by a Chevy Silverado pick-up — then spun violently and crashed into a light pole. Ward and Crisp were pronounced dead at the scene; Bean and the Silvarado’s five occupants were uninjured. Police initially thought Ward and Crisp had died in the crash, and they had considered charging Bean. But pathologists at the negligence trial, both for the plaintiffs and McDonald’s, agreed Ward was beaten to death – the fatal kicks and punches delivered to the lower back of his head and chin.
The mob at McDonald’s grew into a frenzy after the couples fled. A police officer arriving at the scene, five minutes later, grabbed his AR-15 rifle when he stepped out of his patrol car – fearing he was amid a full-blown riot. It was, he recalled, like “scenes that we have seen multiple times at that McDonald’s.”
Crisp, a dark-haired beauty from Dripping Springs, a suburb of Austin, wanted to be a nurse. She was a biology major at Blinn College as was Bean, a resident of College Station. Ward, also a student at the junior college, was set to transfer to Texas A&M the next year to study industrial engineering. He had an all-American background in high school: letters in football and baseball; Little League umpire; and a member of the Fellowship of Christian athletes. He and Crisp were from large families.
Giesen was briefly treated at an emergency room; his abdomen bore a boot print. He now suffers bouts of amnesia due to brain trauma.
In College Station, nobody dared to ask if a “hate crime” had possibly occurred. But Stern, the black good-Samaritan, testified that the black mob had piled on Ward in part because he was white; or as she explained: “He was trying to save his friend or stop the attacks…targeted at his friend. And he was a white male so I guess any — anything that was — anybody that was not helping the fight, like, adding to the injury or whatever, was seen as an opponent or something, you know.”
Police made only one arrest, charging Marcus Jamal Jones – known to friends as “Plucky” — in the mob attack. Without outdoor security cameras and uncooperative witnesses, it was no doubt hard to make a case. Last March, “Plucky” pleaded guilty to misdemeanor assault and served a 90-day jail sentence.
Minutes after the mob attack, the 6-foot-2 Plucky entered the McDonald’s without a shirt. “We was fight’en,” he was heard to say. Earlier in the evening, he’d said he was looking for a fight, witnesses reported.
Playing the race card
It was Plucky who introduced the word “nigg-r” into the case. After his arrest, he told police that seconds before Ward and Giesen were attacked, somebody had said “nigg-r.” But he admitted he didn’t know who’d uttered the epithet – or even if the person was black or white. During the trial, he changed his story, claiming Giesen had uttered the epithet. But Giesen denied using a racial slur and identified Plucky as the person who remarked, “You’re in the wrong neck of the woods, cowboys.”
Interestingly, Plucky got a job with a McDonald’s supplier, Mid-South Baking Company in Byran, Texas, three months before the trial — and before his epiphany that Giesen was the person who’d said “nigg-r.”
Why was University McDonald’s so popular among black gang bangers and black fraternity members? Carlos Butler, the outlet’s black general manager, could take credit for that. An aspiring hip-hop artist, he hosted large hip-hop concerts attracting some 1,500 people — and after those events many of the black hip-hoppers headed to University McDonald’s.
Interestingly, Butler told a police detective he always had “a lot of security” at his hip-hop events.
Yet at University McDonald’s, Butler had no off-duty police officer providing security — even on nights that the hip-hop and gangsta crowd showed up in large numbers.
Cost for an off-duty cop – a mere $100. Police had told Butler such a late-night security measure, in use at other nearby 24-hour outlets, could stop trouble before it started.
The all-white jury — eight women and four men – took only four hours to render their $27 million judgment: $16 million for Ward’s parents; $11 million for Crisp’s.
According to a recent article in The Eagle, a daily paper in College Station, the problems at University McDonald’s persist. Lawyers for McDonald’s have vowed to appeal. They are sticking to their argument that poor choices made by the two couples – namely their underage drinking and Bean’s reckless driving – were responsible for Ward and Bean’s deaths. McDonald’s definitely took the negligence case seriously, though. During opening arguments, it had 12 lawyers at the defense table. Hamilton handled the contingency-fee case with two associates – nearly 40 percent of the legal talent in a firm of eight lawyers. “They tried to bury us in paperwork and money,” he remarked.
Parents and relatives of Ward and Crisp attended the trial, but on Hamilton’s advice sat outside the courtroom except when testifying about how the deaths of their children had affected them. They are not giving interviews. Hamilton, however, said they felt vindicated that the jury had rejected the blame-the-victim strategy of McDonald’s lawyers. Marshall Rosenberg, lead lawyer for McDonald’s, did not respond to an e-mail seeking comment.
The media’s handling of this case was no surprise: political correctness rules in America’s newsrooms. But imagine a hypothetical crime: two clean-cut black couples go into University McDonald’s during the daytime – and are viciously attacked by a mob of whites. An international media circus would erupt! Big-time journalist from all over the world would descend on College Station to deal with the deplorable state of America’s race relations caused by bigoted whites. President Obama would weigh in with a few comments about America’s racial sins; and Attorney General Eric Holder – just like with the Ferguson disturbances – would travel to College Station, where Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton would be leading protest marches.
But the narrative they’re promoting is false.
It obscures where most of the hate is coming from. Crime statistics have long reveled the real problem: high levels of black-on-black violence, followed by black-on-white violence and mob attacks — and the latter has been on the increase at an alarming rate, underscoring deep pathologies in a growing black-thug subculture — even as liberals in the mainstream media and Washington are unwilling to acknowledge this fact.

‘Doctor’ Hired by Mike Brown’s Family to Help Perform Autopsy is a Fraud
in News, Opinion / by Sean Brown / on August 20, 2014 at 1:07 pm /
One of the medical examiners hired by the Brown family’s attorney to perform an independent autopsy on the slain teen is apparently not who he claims to be.
According to Fox4, the prefix of “Dr.” in front of Shawn Parcells’ name is actually a pseudonym, and he doesn’t hold a medical degree of any type. Parcells is actually the owner of a for-hire autopsy company that operates out of Kansas City named National Forensic Autopsy and Recovery Services, and he says that the lawyers for Brown’s family contacted him because of his “expertise” in gunshot wounds.
Parcells claims to be qualified to work in his field and gained experience working with a previous medical examiner.
“I am a forensic pathologist assistant and medical investigator,” he told the news affiliate.
But according to Dr. Erik Mitchell, Parcells’ claims are fishy and misleading.
“That is a degree that does not exist in my knowledge, except in the mind of Shawn Parcells,” Dr. Mitchell said.
http://i1.wp.com/madworldnews.com/wp...size=540%2C304[Parcells explaining the bullet trajectory]
Dr. Mitchell also takes issue with the title Parcells’ gave himself, explaining that since the position is licensable someone can’t just simply make the claim to it.“You can assist somebody; in this way I can say, for instance, I have paid my taxes, so I am an assistant President of the United States,” he said.
However, Parcells says that he’s qualified from experience, even though he admits to not having a certification as a pathology assistant. He claims to have worked as a forensic assistant to former Jackson County Medical Examiner, Dr. Thomas Young, for a year between 2005 and 2006.
“And that’s honestly where I gained a lot of my experience,” Parcells said, but it doesn’t seem to add up either.
Parcells claims to have started training in 1997 as an intern with Dr. Young, then he was rehired in the mid-2000’s. However, Dr. Young doesn’t exactly agree with Parcells and released a statement regarding his work with him:
“Shawn hung out at the Jackson County Medical Examiner’s office but was not trained by me.”…. “He has been representing himself in a way that is not appropriate by giving forensic pathology opinions when he is not qualified to do so.”Dr. Mitchell seems to agree with Dr. Young, and said that his experience isn’t in the field he claims to be an expert in.
“He has none of the qualifications that are required. He has experience as a morgue technician, somebody who would move bodies around, clean up after an autopsy,” he said.
Parcells says that the attorneys for Browns family are only covering his travel and lodging expenses, but that he’s providing his services free of charge.
http://i2.wp.com/madworldnews.com/wp...size=594%2C396[Parcells explaining that Brown may have had his hands in the air]
On Monday, while explaining the autopsy reports to a group of people, Parcells said that the manner in which the bullet grazed Michael Brown’s arm could have meant he was facing the shooter with his arms in the air or that he had his back to the shooter, which is in contrast to what multiple other experts who have reviewed the results have said and there’s been nothing else to corroborate this theory. However Parcells did say after that “We still have to look at the other (elements) of this investigation before we start piecing things together.”It should be noted that the highly respected Dr. Michael Baden did not enlist the help of Parcells. The attorneys for the Brown family contacted him on their own accord and paid to have him come to Ferguson to assist Dr. Baden.

The Mysterious Mike Brown Autopsy – And How The Parks and Crump “Scheme Team” Used Their New York Times Cohort Frances Robles To Sell The Lie…
Posted on August 19, 2014 by sundance
Major Hat Tip to Treeper Nivico who finds the familiar pattern and connects the dots.
http://theconservativetreehouse.file...rump.jpg?w=640
The Brown Family attorney’s Benjamin Crump and Daryl Parks are now claiming Mike Brown was “executed” by Officer Wilson to CNN:
(Via CNN) We are getting a new description of the shooting of Michael Brown from a woman calling herself “Josie” and claiming to be a friend of the police officer who fired the fatal shots. She describes Brown pushing officer Darren Wilson and punching him in the face. That contradicts the account given by Michael Brown’s friend Dorian Johnson, who was with him at the time and witnessed the shooting.
Attorney Benjamin Crump is representing the Brown family. He spoke to Anderson and described the shooting as an execution. (link)
To support their “execution” claim, they are pointing to “their autopsy” given to the New York Times.
You’ve seen the story of the Mike Brown family autopsy, and the grand press conference they produced to deliver it to the public. But a closer look points out why the Scheme Team actually used New York Times Frances Robles to deliver the ruse:
http://theconservativetreehouse.file...jpg?w=640&h=72
http://theconservativetreehouse.file...3770.jpg?w=640FERGUSON, Mo. — Michael Brown, the unarmed black teenager who was killed by a police officer, sparking protests around the nation, was shot at least six times, including twice in the head, a preliminary private autopsy performed on Sunday found.
One of the bullets entered the top of Mr. Brown’s skull, suggesting his head was bent forward when it struck him and caused a fatal injury, according to Dr. Michael M. Baden, the former chief medical examiner for the City of New York, who flew to Missouri on Sunday at the family’s request to conduct the separate autopsy. It was likely the last of bullets to hit him, he said.
[...] Prof. Shawn L. Parcells, a pathologist assistant based in Kansas, assisted Dr. Baden.
“You do this for the families,” Mr. Parcells said.
The two medical experts conducted the four-hour examination Sunday at the Austin A. Layne Mortuary in St. Louis. Benjamin L. Crump, a lawyer for Mr. Brown’s family who paid their travel expenses, hired them. (link)
Reading this article by Frances Robles would give you the impression Dr. Michael M. Baden actually “conducted” the autopsy on 8/17/14.
Alas a review of the timeline shows a divergent reality. The Scheme Team are up to their old tricks.
http://theconservativetreehouse.file...pg?w=640&h=192
1) Wed Aug 13 – Professor Parcells was contacted by attorney’ Benjamin Crump and Gray (allegedly just to assist Baden). Parcells was on MSNBC’s The Last Word with Lawrence O’Donnell last night and stated he was contacted by attorneys Crump and Gray on Wednesday 8/13.
2) Fri Aug 15 – Daryl Parks gave a press conference sharing his disgust the Ferguson Police had release the strong arm robbery footage. During the presser he told the media that their 2nd independent autopsy had already been performed (citation link)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=85pgpVDlIqE
Knowing they were going to bring in Dr. Baden, that’s why when questioned about the second autopsy Parks said:
…”it’s done, and we’ll talk about that later, we’re not answering any questions about the 2nd autopsy at this time; we will -in time- do that”….3) Sun Aug 17 – According to the NYT Dr. Baden was flown in.
If Parcells was just supposed to be assisting Baden, why was Parks stating that the autopsy had already been performed two days before Baden was even flown in?
The actual truth appears to be – a rather controversial person Shawn Parcells, who is NOT a forensic pathologist, was used by the Scheme Team to conduct an autopsy – and then Professor Baden was brought in AFTER to meet with Parcells and give his OPINION of it.
In essence lend his credibility toward it.
Shawn Parcells is not a pathologist, he is a voice for hire. Here’s some articles on the lack of credentials for Parcells and the concerns therein:
“[...] some coroners and medical examiners in Missouri say Parcells has inflated his qualifications and performed autopsies without a medical license. Others allege that doctors whose signatures were on some autopsy reports were not present at the autopsies, did not review the work or never actually signed the documents.”
“Police in Andrew County are looking into allegations that a pathologist Parcells listed on a 2012 autopsy was never consulted.”
“Shramek said he became alarmed when Parcells asked what to put down as the cause of death on an autopsy report instead of following the evidence.”
“Others, such as Dr. Mary Case, the medical examiner for St. Louis, St. Charles, Franklin and Jefferson counties, have been outspoken about the allegations against Parcells.
“It’s very bad for our state if there’s someone doing autopsies without a medical license,” she said. “This is a huge atrocity, an invitation to disaster, and it needs to stop.” (link)
More HERE, and HERE, and HERE
The bottom line is that Dr. Michael M. Baden never performed an autopsy on Mike Brown. Instead he signed off on an opinion of a forensic examination completed by a controversial Forensic Pathologist Assistant, who did an evaluation of Mike Brown’s body at the request of the Scheme Team.
Dr. Baden was flown in later to review the findings of the Forensic Pathologist Assistant, Shawn Parcells, and give it credibility in the eyes of a non-questioning media.
The Scheme Team then took Dr. Baden’s evaluation of the Shawn Parcell review, and handed it off to their New York Times friend and cohort, Frances Robles. Selling it as if Dr. Baden had actually conducted the physical exam himself.
Frances worked with the Scheme Team in 2012 (2012 bio below) while she was at the Miami Herald and was part of their inner circle of media types willing to sell the Trayvon Story. The Trayvon Martin Story was also full of similarly false and manufactured media evidence.
http://theconservativetreehouse.file...pg?w=640&h=121
The goal of the Scheme Team for the Mike Brown narrative is to emphasize how many times Mike Brown was shot and to outline a scenario where Mike Brown was shot “execution style” in the top of his head.
Knowing their pattern of media evidence the instructions to Ms. Robles were to emphasize the number of shots and head wounds. In exchange for the “exclusive” she was more than happy to oblige:
http://theconservativetreehouse.file...jpg?w=640&h=72
http://theconservativetreehouse.file...es-3.jpg?w=640
http://theconservativetreehouse.file...pg?w=640&h=426
This is how the Daryl Parks and Benjamin Crump Scheme Team operate. However, because we know what to look for, we are able to catch them in their shenanigans and manipulations. Good catch Nivico….
*ADD* We have contacted the New York Times and await their response.
Additionally, in the New York Times article today from Ms. Robles you’ll note she is in Ferguson Missouri; no doubt back into the relationship with Parks and Crump as a willing recipient to their “exclusive” releases. Keep an eye on her reporting.

APD Officer shoots Robert Garcia Sr.
Video at the page link:
Officer Peter Romero shot 64-year-old Robert Garcia Sr. once in the torso after Garcia pointed what police later learned was a pellet gun at Romero during an early-morning DUI stop, according to police. Robert Garcia, Sr., 64, had a note tucked into his wallet that said “Thank you officer” when he approached APD officer Peter Romero during the traffic stop at Montgomery and Washington on Nov. 15, 2013. Garcia had been pulled over on suspicion of drunken driving when he walked toward Romero pointing a pellet gun that resembled a real handgun, police said. Romero told Garcia to drop the weapon at up to nine times, to which Garcia did not respond, according to police. Garcia was rushed to the hospital in critical condition after he was shot once in the abdomen, and was released and booked into jail on Dec. 2, 2013, on charges of aggravated assault on a police officer with a deadly weapon. Police said Garcia later apologized to Romero.

It’s important to remember that, in police shooting cases like the one in Ferguson, Missouri, the initial facts are often wrong. You don’t want to end up looking like Rich Lowry, National Review editor, whose March 23, 2012, column on the Trayvon Martin shooting was titled, “Al Sharpton Is Right.”
Early accounts are especially unreliable when reporters think they have a white racism story. Stirring up racial hatred is how journalists make up for sending their own kids to lily-white private schools.
As detailed in my book Mugged: Racial Demagoguery from the Seventies to Obamahttp://ir-na.amazon-adsystem.com/e/i...1&a=1591846560, the old media’s standard for any police shooting of a black person is: “Racist until proved innocent.” We got three-alarm racism stories for the shootings of Jose (Kiko) Garcia, Eleanor Bumpurs, Michael Stewart and Edmund Perry.
And then it turned out Garcia was a drugged-up coke dealer who pulled a gun on the cop, Bumpurs was a psychotic who came at the cops with a machete, Stewart fought the cops so violently he gave himself a heart attack, and Perry mugged an undercover cop.
Witness statements aren’t always 100 percent accurate. In Garcia’s case, innumerable neighbors gave the media florid accounts of Officer Michael O’Keefe beating and kicking Garcia, before repeatedly shooting the unarmed man in the back as he lay facedown on the floor. The Garcia family lawyer assured The New York Times that “this kid never was arrested; he wasn’t a drug dealer.”
It later turned out that Garcia was a convicted felon.
He had a gun the night of the shooting.
The autopsy proved he was not shot in the back, nor was he beaten.
The only eyewitnesses against Officer O’Keefe were drug dealers — for whom Garcia worked — who could not possibly have seen anything from their vantage point, as confirmed with a laser pointer used by the Garcia family lawyer.
The first headlines in the Edmund Perry case were:
The New York Post: “COP KILLS HARLEM HONOR STUDENT”
The New York Times: “HONOR STUDENT, 17, IS KILLED BY POLICEMAN ON WEST SIDE.”
The Los Angeles Times: “SAYS VICTIM ATTACKED HIM, MOTHER CHARGES RACISM: OFFICER KILLS TOP STUDENT, SETS OFF FUROR.”
Two dozen witnesses — many of them black — established that Perry had mugged the cop and was stomping on him when the officer shot him. Those witnesses were the heroes, not elite news anchors, who leave their doorman buildings to rail against “racism” from well-guarded studios or brief reporting forays to black neighborhoods.
Follow-up stories admitting that some sensational racist crime turned out to be false are never a high priority with the press.
After all the media’s hysteria about the Kiko Garcia shooting (New York Newsday: “COP SHOOTING VICTIM: HE WAS SHOT IN THE BACK”) the story just faded away.
That incident provoked riots that resulted in one person dead, 90 injured, 53 policemen hospitalized, 121 vehicles torched, 11 police cars damaged, and dozens of businesses burned or looted. But when the early accounts turned out to be lies, the media whispered the ending and tiptoed out of the room, as if reading a bedtime story to a child.
The old media just love creating huge racist hoaxes — which has done so much to improve the lives of ordinary black people!
Luckily for America, especially African-Americans, the advent of alternative media has reduced the Non-Fox Media’s ability to stir up urban riots. Today, it’s possible to get information that never would have seen the light of day in the 1980s.
In less than two weeks, the original version of the racist police execution of Michael Brown — or “Big Mike” — has already undergone major revisions. We were told:
– Big Mike was the sweetest kid, he’d never hurt a flea.
Then we got the store surveillance video of him robbing a liquor store and manhandling the clerk. Perhaps Big Mike committed his first-ever crime 11 minutes before his encounter with Officer Darren Wilson, but it doesn’t look good.
– He was shot in the back.
At least two autopsies now establish Big Mike was not shot in the back.
– He didn’t touch the police officer.
This week, we saw the X-ray of Officer Wilson’s fractured eye socket.
– He was holding his arms up surrendering when Officer Wilson shot him.
That’s at least in doubt now that a video of a Big Mike supporter has emerged, capturing the private conversation of an eyewitness confirming the officer’s claim that Big Mike was running at him.
On the tape, one black man tells another:
“Him and the police was both in the truck, then he ran — the police got out and ran after him … Then the next thing I know he comes back toward the truck ’cause — the police had his gun drawn already on him. The police kept dumping on him, and I’m thinking that the police missing … but he kept coming toward him.”
Some would say a private conversation, unintentionally recorded immediately after an event, is more credible than alleged eyewitness accounts by people who know they’re talking to the press.
But if MSNBC can spend six months on a bridge closure in Fort Lee, New Jersey, they can probably do at least a year on a police shooting in Ferguson, Missouri.

Media Pull Out Amid New Evidence #MikeBrown Was Aggressor

(by Jerome Corsi, WND) FERGUSON, Mo. – Many news media services already had begun packing tents and television transmission vehicles as word circulated through the Ferguson community of further evidence that the black teen shot and killed by a police officer was the aggressor, resisting arrest after his suspected role in a convenience store robbery.
During daylight hours Wednesday and Thursday, the streets of Ferguson were open to normal traffic and businesses throughout the city were active, with protestors in the streets numbering fewer than 50 at any given time.
Media have been cordoned off in the parking lot of a large shopping center at the corner of West Florissant Avenue and Lucas-Hunt Road, less than a mile from the site of the shooting.
Joe Costephens, the white pastor of an interracial congregation, the Passage Community Church in Florissant, confirmed to WND that most of the riot activity had taken place in the three or four blocks around the location of the shooting at West Florissant Avenue and Canfield Drive.
“The Ferguson you see on the national news is different from the Ferguson I know,” he told WND.
“There’s an emphasis on families in Ferguson and on community. We are definitely an interracial community, and I’m proud to minister to an interracial congregation,” Costephens said.
“While things were going crazy with the Michael Brown shooting on Sunday, we had a pool party in my neighborhood, and it was half-white and half-black,” he said. “It was a beautiful thing, families loving one another, both races, with a sense of community.”

A white woman narrowly escapes a racial beat down by Ferguson protesters when she showed up to the riots with a pro-Darren Wilson sign, the officer who fatally gunned down 18-year-old Michael Brown.Tensions flared Wednesday as this woman risked her personal safety to support Wilson as few had yet to do until this point, Amanda Sakuma from MSNBC reported. Some protective protesters linked arms to form a defensive barrier around the Wilson supporter, to keep her safe against the rushing rioters coming at her.
The woman was later escorted away from the protests in a St. Louis County vehicle, according to Sakuma’s report.
Always in the heart of the ever-evolving Ferguson action, St. Louis Alderman Antonio French captured the volatile incident on video which he uploaded to the Vine social media site. French’s video showed the cop supporter receiving an angry reaction from a crowd that had gathered around her on Wednesday night.

Have You Heard About the Salt Lake City Shooting?

RUSH: James, Salt Lake City, your turn. Great to have you, sir. Hi.
CALLER: Hello, Rush. How are you today?
RUSH: Excellent. Outstanding.
CALLER: Thank you for taking my call. Hey, I was calling you from Salt Lake, and we had an officer shoot an unarmed white man, and then we found out later that it was a other-than-white officer is how they reported it.
RUSH: Wait, wait ho-ho-ho. Wait a minute now. You're in Salt Lake City, an officer shot an unarmed white man.
CALLER: Yes.
RUSH: And the officer in the media was portrayed as other-than-white?
CALLER: That is correct.
RUSH: Was he an illegal alien cop?
CALLER: Well, at first we thought he might be, but then they said no, he was an African-American. They will not release his name or the video from his camera that he wore on his vest, or the 911 call that was placed because of the shooting.
RUSH: When did this happen?
CALLER: Last week, I believe Wednesday or Thursday.
RUSH: Last week. Has Anderson Cooper been there yet?
CALLER: Say that again?
RUSH: Shep Smith, has he been there yet?
CALLER: No, nobody's been here. As a matter of fact, I thought with all the rioting and looting that's going on here, somebody would have come by and at least filmed it.
RUSH: Is there rioting and looting that's going on there?
CALLER: None whatsoever.
RUSH: There's no rioting and looting. There's no Shep Smith. There's no Anderson Cooper.
http://www.rushimg.com/cimages//medi...keSHooting.jpg
CALLER: No.
RUSH: Has Michael Eric Dyson or anybody been into town yet?
CALLER: No. And I thought maybe we would put a call into Al Sharpton and see if maybe he can come down and give us a hand 'cause this could really turn ugly.
RUSH: So you have a white person shot by an other-than-white cop?
CALLER: That's a fact.
RUSH: And the other-than-white cop was wearing a camera, they've suppressed that feed, and they have suppressed the 911 call?
CALLER: Yes.
RUSH: Wow. Wow.
CALLER: I know. It's amazing. And nobody will report on it except all of the stations here, of course.
RUSH: You did of course, yeah. Other-than-white cop. Okay.

RUSH: Here's the story out of Salt Lake City. Our caller, who mentioned right before the end of the hour, the previous hour, that there was a shooting that sounds very similar to wha thappened in Ferguson, Missouri. It was August 12th. "Family Of Man Fatally Shot By Salt Lake City Police Want Justice -- A day after Salt Lake City police shot and killed a man whose family claim he was unarmed, questions about the shooting remain unanswered.
"Dillon Taylor, 20, who is from Salt Lake, was exiting 7-Eleven with his brother and cousin, Adam Thayne, around 7 p.m. on Monday, when Salt Lake City police arrived, responding to a report of a man waving a gun in the area. The officers ordered the men to the ground. Two of them complied, but Dillon, who police say matched the suspect's description, did not go down. 'It came in as a 911 call that there was a man with a gun,' said South Salt Lake Police Sgt. Darrin Sweeten. 'He was verbally challenged and ultimately was shot.' Sweeten did not release further details on the shooting on Tuesday."
Now, note the similarities to the Michael Brown story, except in this case there's no evidence that the victim actually committed a crime, as there is in St. Louis. And note the total absence of any mention of race in this story. There is absolutely no mention of race. Now, from all accounts, Dillon Taylor didn't obey the cop's orders because he was wearing headphones. He may not have heard the order to "get down." He reportedly was trying to pull up his pants in order to get down on the floor.
In any case, he didn't resist. He didn't hit the cop. He didn't try to flee, and yet he was shot dead. The officers involved in the shooting have been placed on administrative leave, but in this story there was no reference whatsoever to race.
Now, our caller said that the police officer that pulled the trigger's black, except the media in Salt Lake City's not referring to him that way. They are referring to the officer as "other-than-white," which reminds me of George Zimmerman becoming only the second known "white Hispanic," a title given by the New York Times. George Zimmerman, "white Hispanic," shot black, innocent kid, Trayvon Martin. You know the drill.
And in St. Louis, in Ferguson, it's white police officer Darren Wilson, shoots innocent gentle giant whose thinking about the first day of college classes in the middle of the street at 2:15 on a Saturday afternoon in St. Louis. Ferguson. It's all St. Louis.
They can't wait to mention the racial aspects in St. Louis. They can't wait to. They don't talk about the racial aspects in Chicago, and there aren't any racial aspects here in Salt Lake City. However, our caller said that the media said the cop is "other-than-white," so I said, "Well, what was he, Hispanic, illegal alien?"
"No, no, he's a black police officer, but the media will not say that."
You see, folks, it doesn't matter, there is -- I don't know what the word is, agenda, there's a mind-set out there. And the way it works, in situations like this only people of color can be victims. A white person can never be a victim. It just can't happen. That's not permitted. That isn't allowed because it isn't the case. The whites are the oppressors. They're the majority. In the liberal worldview every majority is an oppressor, whether they're white, they're always the oppressors.
The minority is always the victims, and the victims are with whom we should always sympathize, no matter what. And the victims are permitted to do anything, precisely because they're a minority. And I'm talking about in numbers, not skin color. They're outnumbered. The evil majority does horrible things to the minority, and so the minorities, be it skin color or numbers, however, always victims, and many times victims are generational abuse, generational discrimination. And so anything they do is justified, and we must understand, try to understand the rage.
But in the current climate in the United States a black person can never be the oppressor, and a white person can never be a victim. That's how you have a corrupt or perverted news business in Salt Lake City, refusing to identify a black cop who may have shot an innocent person. We can't deal with that. That destroys the whole picture we've been creating here for centuries. Why, that, oh, no, that could totally destroy the image that we've been trying to concoct. Oh, man, that could blow it sky-high. That's just not supposed to happen.

That’s his star witness sitting behind him….
Here's a pic of the deceased 'poor, unarmed college bound teen' in Ferguson, MO......... most likely NOT the pic the MSM will use.......FOX News has been showing "the boy" pulling off a strong arm robbery and roughing up a clerk which was what apparently led to the cop stopping Brown and attempting to arrest him. No photos available of Big Mike when he was ten in his Little League uniform ala Trayvon Martin that the MSM can show.

[video] Bill Whittle Addresses “Racial War of Violence & Hatred” Against Whites

There is ample evidence to prove that racism is still an issue in the United States today. However, it is a little different than it used to be. Actually, it’s quite the opposite. There isn’t much of a problem with societal white on black racism anymore. What we do have is epidemic proportions of racism and violence against whites, perpetrated by blacks.
It’s true.
From the tens of thousands of crimes that are committed across the country each month, the ones that receive the most attention are those that involve a black person as the victim, but it will only get airtime if the assailant is not also black.
On the rare occasion that we see a situation in which a white cop injures or kills a black suspect, then all hell breaks loose. Case in point; Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri.
They incited a riot and destroyed their own community based on the fact that the cop who shot Michael Brown was white. They automatically assumed it was a race driven incident and that Michael was an innocent victim who was shot for no other reason than he was black and the cop was white. That is flagrant bigotry. Why are they not being called out for it? Why are so many people stuck in the narrative that only white people can be racist?
The hypocrisy is staggering.
Take a look at this video that Bill Whittle put together in order to expose the truth about racism and violence in America. I think it’s time that we put political correctness behind us and start dealing with some of these issues in an assertive and honest way. Enough with the white guilt and enough with the misplaced animosity. Enough!
