Wow, another spin on "jobs Americans won't do." They never give up. Their BS has caught up with them, so their argument is evolving. There is no labor shortage. Wages are stagnated, and healthcare is disappearing. Unskilled workers wages are depressed, and are unemployed due to illegal immigration. There is no labor shortage. If we are to believe the new spin that we simply do not have enough people in this country, that even our generous immigration policy will not support (which I highly doubt), then it is high-time for these slackers to automate. We should not pay for their lack of innovation.
Serve Bush with his letter of resignation.
See you at the signing!!

In agriculture, there is always seasonal work for farm workers. That is nothing new.
That can be filled with temporary - definitely not guest workers and no pathway and no family. That can happen and personally I would prefer people from Mexico - really I would. Not so far to get them home. I fear if we bring in some from a truly poor area, we are going to have all the touchy feelies trying to make them citizens.
Also, big agribusiness is going to have to cut loose with some of that money and invest in some technology rather than depending on casual labor.
If we need skilled labor, then let's educate our own - not import more.
Why, if we have a shortage of teachers or RN's, didn't the government in tandem with business help Americans get trained for this. They used to do this kind of thing. Not now, it's easier to have the government bring in cheap labor for business.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

How many healthy people do we have in our prisons? Why aren't they paying their way for incarceration by providing cheap labor instead of forming gangs and hangin' around the "yard" pumpin' iron?

Maybe Pelosi doesn't want to pay for machines and would rather have illegals pick her grapes? She needs cheap labor for her luxury CA resort and restaurant chain too.

Nancy NEEDS illegal aliens for their cheap labor, she does NOT hire ANY union workers.
She's not the only hypocrit, check out the following link, it's a long one but an eye-opener.

Yes, yes, yes, on the prisoners.
I am convinced that our prison system could be almost self-supporting if our government and their owners, big business, would let it happen.
There are prisons that could raise food, prisons that could process the food, prisons that could make the clothing, and on and on and on. It could be a network across the country.
There are some prisons near here, women's prisons, that raise some crops, raise hogs. There's no reason there couldn't be diaries, etc.
Of course, having the contract to supply prisons is probably very lucrative and one that many companies are more than willing to grease the palms to get.
Some of the prisons, for sure, could be used as contract labor for agriculture, even construction, etc.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)

Idaho uses low offending prisoners to do Ag work. They get paid $8.00 an hour. They keep $4.00 and the other $4.00 goes back to the prison system to help pay the cost of running the prison. It gets the Prisoners out for the day and they sleep at night instead of dreaming up trouble. Works out good for everyone. I think Colorado does the same thing.

I have always thought that if prisoners had to work hard enough to tire their bodies, there would be a lot less problems in prisons. They would have to be healthier, also - in mind and body.
Sounds like a plan - but it will never happen until we get some honest - or just semi-honest people in our government.Join our efforts to Secure America's Borders and End Illegal Immigration by Joining ALIPAC's E-Mail Alerts network (CLICK HERE)
