HOW MANY DRIVERS IN N.Y?

Hillary believes drivers license will identify who is in N.Y. but everyone in N.Y. does not drive. So driver’s license do not identify who is in N.Y. especially in N.Y. City because very few people even own a car because there is no where to park it. Every illegal aliens does not drive. The only way to identify who is in N.Y. ilegally is to enforce immigration laws against employers. At least one illegal family has someone in the workforce. Raids on businesses by ICE is effective way of knowing who is in the country illegally.Illegal aliens who do not have driver license tend to driver safer because they do not want to be stopped and identified. Driver’s license will give them permission to drive careless and to stage accident to collect on insurance policies. This has happened in Los Angeles.
Driver's license will let you know how many in N.Y. have driver's license but you will still not know who does not have drivers license.
Americans are given social security numbers when they are born and they identifies who is a citizen in this country. Social security number should be an effective way to identify who is in this country. If you have one that checks out with social security, you are here legally. If it you do not have one or if you have one and it does not check out you are here illegally.
