The amount he's reallocating is NOT ENOGUH to cover enough of the border and the fence he's building is not good enough unless permanent razor wire is installed on the backside of it. Same goes for the fence We Build the Wall is building. A thick coil of razor wire needs to installed on the backside of the climbing plate inorder to stop invaders going over it on ladders which they do on a regular basis on the 18ft. tall model of fence.

Walls are not good if the Border Patrol Welcome Wagon is waiting for them on the other side!

Process them and deport them on the spot.
