    Flaws in Legal Immigration

US are having shortage of teachers and other health-related workers and thus resort to foreign workers principally because of its qualify of education. Countries were most foreign workers came from do not have quality of education hence it is wrong to give the same recognition to foreign diplomas. Third World countries like the Philippines have never-ending supply of professionals because the only seeming requirement there to obtain a bachelor’s degree is the payment of tuition and attendance in school.
Once those workers get their green card or became citizen, they will petition their relatives in the ultimate hope of putting them on public assistance once they became US citizen. It is easy for the relatives to qualify for public assistance because people in other countries belong to tight-knit family hence such relatives oftentimes does not own any assets. Why they are doing that? In other countries, salaries of workers even with bachelor’s degree only range from $150 to $700. Certainly, the public assistance they are entitled to is a lot higher than what they will earn from their country.

    Welcome to Alipac maisam.

    You are correct.

I have read some professionals say the reason they chose to become USA citizens is so they could bring their Parents,Aunts,Uncles here so they will b taken care of by our SSI & Social Security.

Once the relatives are safely deposited here in the USA the young Professionals go back to their high paying jobs in other countries.

Another Immigrant rip off at USA taxpayer exspense.

Very true: fraudulent credentials are extremely common in the skilled guestworker visa categories.

    Hi Miasam,

Welcome aboard. What you wrote is mostly true except there is no longer a shortage of skilled American workers. The only reason there was a shortfall earlier was because of the increased demand created by all the illegals coming in during the phony economic bubble.

I work in an immigration office and it is just disgusting to see that teachers from foreign countries are coming here to work while US teachers are being laid off. The same is true with PT’s and OT’s.

Whats going on on the mass immigration front is quite simple. These people have ruined their own countries. So they're flooding out of them like rats out of a sinking ship to attach themselves like parasites to the country we built.

Guess what? We need 95% of them like we need a hole in the head. They certainly weren't much of an asset to their own damn countries.

As America's majority keeps gaining more forces, of all races, the all American giveaway needs to be one of the things that ends so that America can gather it's own and heal from mexico's terrorizing assult.

THEN the border should be closed to everyone.
