Foreign small business owners, and why they're so common

I have been told that one reason for the proliferation of foreign business owners is how our laws are written. Can somebody tell me what laws favor foreigners, and actually give them tax breaks compared to an american citizen? This seems treasonous to me, and must be changed so that if an indian, pakistani, etc wishes to start a business they compete on equal terms with americans.

    Thanks.

    FINALLY SOMEONE CLEARED THIS UP!

For centuries, Hindu women have worn a red spot on their foreheads. We
have always naively thought that it had something to do with their
religion. The true story has recently been revealed by the Indian
    Embassy
    in Washington, DC
When one of these women gets married, she brings with her a dowry. On
    her
wedding night, the husband scratches off the red spot to see if he has
    won
either a convenience store, a gas station, a donut shop or a motel in
    the
    United States

Just thought you would like to know.

Just a little joke, not made to offend anyone. It just seem to fit.

    Foreign business owners

I just don't understand why not even far right conservative talk radio hosts from Hannity to Alex Jones haven't addressed this issue. With all the talk about the border being broken, we may as well address the economic injusticies our own officials give their own constituents.

Corporate America, they (Hannity to Alex Jones) are clones that spew the rhetoric and propaganda that their parent companies want them to. They want to foster the BS to keep things going their way. It is just like the Tech (nursing and teachers are next I bet ya) shortage myth, they scream shortage so that they can bring in cheap labor under h-1b/l1 visas; meanwhile they shrink and destroy the middle class American and push us all into the lower class.

What I have read and heard before, I can't quote actual laws, but foreigners don't have to pay income taxes for 10 years. They buy the business, own it for 10 years, then sell it to another family member who isn't a US Citizen and they get to work in the business.

    So the cycle continues...

And Darlene, I liked your joke. And I'm not offended.
