Judge Nap: Obama Directly Caused Surge of Immigrant Children at Border

A massive surge of illegal immigrants is underway, with newly leaked photos revealing hundreds of immigrant children packed like sardines in detention centers.


Illegal immigrant minors are crossing into the U.S., and border patrol is overwhelmed and unable to care for them. The government has been putting them on buses and “dumping” them on street corners in cities like Phoenix, Ariz. Military bases in Texas, California and Oklahoma are also being used to house them.
The problem could reportedly go from bad to worse. Officials say 6,560 unaccompanied minor aliens crossed the border in 2011. This year, it’s estimated that the number will jump to more than 90,000.
Unlike Mexican citizens, illegals from Central America can’t be sent home; they must be turned over to HHS and are released to family and friends.
“This is a crisis of the federal government’s creation, and the fact that the border remains unsecure – now apparently intentionally - while this operation continues full-steam ahead is deplorable,” Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer said in a statement.
Judge Andrew Napolitano weighed in tonight on “The Kelly File,” blaming the president for not enforcing the law.
“The president of the United States personally and directly caused this with a telephone and a pen,” he said, explaining that Obama has been encouraging illegal aliens.
Filmmaker Dennis Michael Lynch has been warning of this crisis.
“Entire villages are emptying out and coming from Central America through Mexico to the United States,” he told Megyn Kelly tonight, calling this “the tip of the iceberg.”
Now, the administration is asking for $2 billion to address the issue.
“This may energize the president’s base for the November elections, but this will totally alienate independents and middle Americans who will have to pay for this,” Napolitano said.
The judge said the government is giving free food, shelter, clothing, health care, education and lawyers to these children.
“This is the same government that dumps them on a street corner. If any of us dumped children on a street corner, we would be arrested for child abuse,” he said.

Ingraham: Border Influx Is 'Attempt to Extort' Congress Into Approving Amnesty

A massive surge of illegal immigrants is creating a crisis at the Mexican border, and newly leaked photos reveal hundreds of immigrant children packed into detention centers. It's believed many of the undocumented immigrants are under the impression that if they get across to the U.S., they will not be sent back to their home country.


Many predict the problem will go from bad to worse. Officials say 6,560 unaccompanied minors crossed the border in 2011. This year, it’s estimated that the number will jump to more than 90,000.
Unlike Mexican citizens, illegal immigrants from Central America can’t be sent home; they must be turned over to HHS and are released to family and friends.
The enormous influx from Central America was covered extensively last night on The Kelly File, and this morning on Fox and Friends we heard reaction from Laura Ingraham, who called out the Obama administration and Republicans over the growing crisis.
“What is going on is an attempt to extort members of Congress into agreeing to a, quote, comprehensive immigration amnesty, which is what it is. So the Obama administration basically put out the welcome mat at the border. Come on in. We’ll feed you, house you, we’ll clothe you," said Ingraham, expressing concern that now illegal immigrants are being released without undergoing proper medical screenings.
She called out GOP House members Eric Cantor, John Boehner, and Paul Ryan specifically for arguing in favor of getting comprehensive immigration reform done quickly in response to what's happening.
"What does that say to all the people in Honduras today? Get here as fast as you can because the Republicans are in cahoots with the president, who allows this border to be a piece of swiss cheese. ... This is an ongoing invasion into our country and it's horrifying for our sovereignty and the rule of law."

President “Slim Shady” and his gang of thugs are embroiled in so many scandals that they use new scandals to cover up old and ongoing ones. Meanwhile, their obedient lapdogs in the mainstream media lap up the vomit. As the rest of us have been skewering Obama for the V.A. Scandal and the Bowe Bergdahl exchange, Eric Holder has recently announced that he will be seeking taxpayer money for Justice Americorps, a program “aimed at ensuring that illegal immigrant children who cross into the U.S. without a parent or guardian have legal representation in the United States.” That is code for “making sure that illegal alien kids are allowed to stay.”

There is much anticipation that a vote on immigration reform, which would include some form of amnesty, could take place this year. As a result, countries in Central America are prompting their citizens to travel to the United States, especially their women and children, as they are less likely to be deported. Rather than try to combat this influx, the Department of Homeland Security is actually aiding it by transporting illegals who cross into Texas to a Greyhound bus station in Phoenix, Arizona. “All the immigrants bused to Phoenix are supposed to report to a local ICE office at their destination within 15 days.” Of course, there are no papers signed requiring them to do so. It is all based on the honor system.

Arizona governor, Jan Brewer, is naturally incensed and she contends that Jeh Johnson, head of DHS, never informed her of their intentions to use her state as an immigrant dumping ground. She released a statement on Friday regarding the situation.

“This is a crisis of the federal government’s creation, and the fact that the border remains unsecure – now apparently intentionally – while this operation continues full-steam ahead is deplorable.”

“I am disturbed and outraged that President Obama’s administration continues to implement this dangerous and inhumane policy, meanwhile neglecting to answer crucial questions our citizens demand and deserve.”

Governor Brewer has been an outspoken critic of the Administration’s policies, and this practice could be seen as their way to put a thumb in Brewer’s eye for her opposition.

The self-appointed monarchy that is the Obama administration has absolutely no respect for the rule of law that we, the “riff-raff”, are expected to follow. Try failing to pay your taxes and see what happens. To that end, American citizenship is only valuable to the Washington power brokers as a means to fund their corruption. “We the People” are nothing more than a giant pocket to be picked.

The Republicans are supposed to be a line of defense against these lawless shenanigans, but they manage to fold like a Sunday paper with every challenge. If John Boehner and the rest of his castrated crew had half a nut for defiance, this administration might not treat the law as their own personal doormat. Sadly, thanks to the US Chamber of Commerce, Main Street, Crossroads and other unprincipled players, they are just as eager as the Democrats to strike an amnesty deal. In fact, House Majority Leader, Eric Cantor, has already suggested that it is time compromise with Obama. Republicans see it as a way to satisfy their big business and big donor interests, while Democrats see it as a way to gain more votes through welfare dependence. Further, Barack Obama may want to rebuild our republic by overloading the system until it crashes. After all, isn’t that the Cloward-Piven philosophy?

It is understandable that people want to come to this country. They do not deserve blame for that. The ones who do deserve the blame are those who are using them as political pawns for their own gain. They claim to care about them, but what kind of care is shown by herding people onto a bus and shipping them to Arizona? What kind of message is sent to those who respected our country enough to go through the process…and what recourse do American citizens have if those who are supposed to work for us are more interested in representing those who should not even be here in the first place?

If Eric Holder were as interested in retrieving U.S. Marine Sgt. Andrew Tahmooressi from a Mexican prison as he is in advocating for illegal immigrant children and Army deserters, the good Sergeant would be home by now. Shortly after the Bowe Bergdahl release, a Texas gun store, Tactical Firearms, displayed a message on their outdoor sign. It read, “Will trade Obama to Mexico for Sgt Tahmooressi. God help us all.” I suggest we throw in his nut-Holder for free.

As a large number of unaccompanied children continue to illegally cross the border into south Texas, the Obama administration has resorted to unorthodox methods to deal with the problem. These include housing the detained children at U.S. military bases and simply shipping the overflow to other states, mainly Arizona.

Britain’s Daily Mail reported on June 10 that the Obama administration plans to establish facilities to house children who have migrated illegally into the United States without parents or relatives at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. Senior administration officials, who asked not to be identified, told reporters that the facilities at Fort Sill will initially be used to house 600 “unaccompanied minors,” but eventually will be expanded to accommodate up to 1,200.

The Fort Sill housing facilities will supplement similar quarters the Obama administration has opened at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas, and Naval Base Ventura County near Oxnard, California.


In recent months, what has been described as a tidal wave of unaccompanied children mostly from Honduras, El Salvador, and Guatemala has come across the border illegally, only to be arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials. They usually have come trying to join a parent who is already here illegally. However, The Department of Homeland Security said in a statement to CNN that many of the youthful illegals have come here on their own, having neither relatives in this country with whom they might be reunited nor anyone back home to take custody of them were they to be deported. It is also possible that some of these children will not reveal the names of their parents who are here illegally, for fear their parents might be arrested and deported.

ICE officials, according to policy, do not keep children in detention. They are, instead, transferred to the Department of Health and Human Services’ Office of Refugee Resettlement to be housed in shelters, including those on the military bases and elsewhere, with the objective of reuniting them with parents or guardians. However, if their parents are here illegally and hiding from authorities, that may be a nearly impossible task.

With the numbers of minor illegal immigrants reaching crisis proportions, the Obama administration is frantically searching for a way to extricate itself from this sticky situation, which does not help its case for “immigration reform.” Reuters has reported that the administration is seeking about $2 billion for HHS to administer this influx in fiscal 2015, which begins on October 1, which is more than double the $868 million appropriated for this function this year.

That is not the only area where the administration has asked for more money to deal with the problem of unaccompanied children who have come to America illegally. We wrote recently that on June 2, the White House issued a presidential memorandum directing the secretary of Homeland Security to establish an interagency “Unified Coordination Group” which will be created, said President Obama, in “response to the influx of unaccompanied alien children across the southwest border.”

In response to the administration’s announcement, Senator Jeff Sessions, (R-Ala.) posted a statement about the crisis on his Senate webpage on June 3, which read read, in part:
The rising crisis at the border is the direct and predictable result of actions taken by President Obama. He and his Administration have announced to the world that they will not enforce America’s immigration laws, and have emphasized in particular that foreign youth will be exempted from these laws. The world has heard the President’s call, and illegal immigrants are pouring across the border in pursuit of his promised amnesty. President Obama is responsible for this calamity, and only by declaring to the world that our border is no longer open — and that the law will be restored — can this emergency be stopped.

Sessions noted that even the editorially liberal New York Times has reported that the Obama administration’s lack of enforcement has become widely known throughout Latin America, saying that it might as well hang a sign saying “open” across the U.S. border.

Documentary filmmaker and entrepreneur Dennis Michael Lynch (producer of They Come to America and They Come to America II) spoke about this crisis with Fox News host and commentator Megyn Kelly on June 9, stating, “Entire villages are emptying out and coming from Central America through Mexico to the United States.” He called the influx so far just “the tip of the iceberg.”

Also on June 9, Kelly invited former New Jersey Superior Court Judge Andrew Napolitano to speak about the unaccompanied children crisis on her program, The Kelly File. Napolitano pulled no punches on putting the blame squarely on Obama for not enforcing present immigration law: “The president of the United States personally and directly caused this with a telephone and a pen,” Napolitano said, explaining that Obama has been encouraging illegal immigration.

Continuing with his take on the administration’s $2-billion request from Congress to fix the problem that his administration’s lax enforcement problems created, Napolitano said, “This may energize the president’s base for the November elections, but this will totally alienate independents and middle Americans who will have to pay for this.”

An AP report explained some of the logistical difficulties contributing to the challenge of dealing with illegal immigrants from Central America.
A prime difference between recent illegal immigrants and those coming here years ago is that Hondurans, Salvadorans, and Guatemalans now make up about 75 percent of illegals caught in South Texas, whereas previously most people who crossed the border illegally originated in Mexico. Deporting someone back to Mexico involved only busing them as far as the border, while deporting someone to Central America requires putting them on a government flight back to their homeland, a much more expensive and time-consuming proposition.

When many of the illegal immigrants are minors, the problem is compounded, since ICE has no one to ship them home to. However, ICE’s (and DHS’s) alternate plan of action has proven to be disastrous. Many are flown to states other than Texas, where they were apprehended. One major destination is Nogales, Arizona, where about 700 such children currently sleep on plastic boards in a warehouse operated by the Border Patrol.

A Reuters news report on June 9 noted that nearly 1,000 unaccompanied minors had been sent from overflowing facilities in southern Texas to the warehouse building in Nogales.

“As long as the flow continues at this rate in Texas, they are going to continue to send people here,” said Andy Adame, a border patrol spokesman in Tucson, Arizona. “There’s no doubt about it.”

A question that we have seen no one raise, much less answer, is how these thousands of children from poor areas of Central America manage to find their way — en masse — about 1,800 miles through Mexico’s rough roads to arrive in south Texas. While we cannot determine who is coordinating and assisting with their efforts, it is obvious that these children did not accomplish this Herculean feat all on their own.

A third military base is now being used to house illegal immigrants after a huge surge of minors across the border. Judge Andrew Napolitano reacted this morning, with Steve Doocy asking whether the president can do this.


The judge explained that President Obama has invited this sudden explosion, as parents are now sending their children across with nothing but a backpack full of clothes, food and water.
"This is being done at the invitation of the President of the United States of America, who has violated his oath to uphold the Constitution and the laws by announcing 13 months ago that he would not enforce the immigration laws," said Napolitano, calling it a "vast humanitarian crisis."
He recalled that Obama essentially told people in Mexico and Central America how to break the law and eventually stay in the U.S. In 2009, about 3,300 children were intercepted at the border, but this year the number has gone all the way up over 50,000.
Napolitano said it's "absolutely child abuse," accusing President Obama of using these kids as "political pawns" to influence the immigration debate in Washington.

And now, piling up in US facilities not designed for an influx of kids.” The third world uses America, Canada, Europe and Australia for a human “escape valve.” Since the third world adds 80 million desperate children annually to already staggering populations in China, India, Bangladesh, Mexico, Indochina and most of Africa—Western countries face staggering migration numbers that will collapse civilizations. Because of relentless, enormous and endless legal and illegal immigration, America faces an added 300,000,000 (million) more people within this century.
