Three immigration agents injured during Petaluma raid

    KTVU And Wires
    PETALUMA, Calif. —
Three Homeland Security Agents were taken to the hospital Thursday and a suspect in custody after an early morning raid in Petaluma, authorities said.

The agents were with ICE's Homeland Security Investigations and were serving a ‘high-risk search warrant” relating to an ongoing gang investigation.

The special agents were transported to a hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening, agency spokeswoman Virginia Kice said. One suspect was taken into custody during the raid.

Neighbors told KTVU they heard several gunshots being fired during the raid. At least one of the injured agents had been wounded in the arm.

The warrants were served in the area of South McDowell Boulevard and McNeil Drive at around 4:30 a.m., a manager of the nearby Best Western Inn said.

Guests at the Best Western Inn had been told to stay in their rooms but shortly after 6 a.m. were given the all clear to leave, the manager said.

He said that gunshots could be heard from the hotel, and that several people were taken in ambulances, and another was airlifted from the area.

The agents appeared to be serving the search warrant at a home behind the hotel, the manager said.

I hope the officers that were injured are ok

I live in Oakland and next door to me is a criminal network of illegal immigration trafficing. They have harassed me so much that I need to find a lawyer or lawyer group that I can consult with. Does anyone out there have a referral for me? Thanks.

Sketchy details, but if ICE was involved in gangland activity arrests, assumption would be that foreign nationals were involved. ICE agents gunshot wounded, appears to be an act of war, as Mexican gangs sure display that they have more political power in Mexico than the government.

How long will it take for Eric Holder and Janet (reno) Napolitano to lock these agents behind bars for infringing on the rights of illegal alien terrorists from Mexico?

All these terrorists have to do is flee into the sanctuary city of Los Angeles where they will enjoy the protection and comfort of sanctury of Mayor Villaraigosa and Special Order 40, along with thousands of other Mexican gang bangers just like them.

Chip-chip, cavmom, I can certinly feel deeply about your circumstances. Wish I had the magic answer. I live in the south and I move around these people a lot. I have been somewhat successful at making them uncomfortable enough to leave. But as I understand the description of your circumstances, well.very difficult your situation is. The best of life to both of you! Ask your congressman to visit the area to increase attention to your plight is one suggestion. If they will not visit use that info to conduct letter to editor type campaign to get as much media attention as possible. Can't guarantee results, however I've done such things successfully, but nott always. Politicians do NOT like being embarassed, tho!

Its been crazy here, sounded like a war zone with all the helicopters this morning and then again this afternoon.....i counted 5 of them going by in the mid afternoon.
apparently it was gang related having something to do with a crime committed a couple of years ago in SF.....But having ICE there really got my attention.

I don't know if anyone else on this board is from the bay area, ca....but i have noticed in the local newspapers , when they report crimes now....they don't ever mention if someone may be here illegally...im talking about the person that committed the crime...

They used to report , for instance....if someone caused an accident and didn't have a lisence and was here illegally......Now they won't ....only if they don't have a lisence.

So its hard to report any illegal immigration news here to this website for me now days because they keep it a secret!!! Darn Liberals !

So anyways, Petaluma Police said no more information...but the Feds apparently released some information....I'll try to get it on here , correctly ASAP....ok?

    Thanks for all the support...
    I love ALIPACERS!!
I can't tell you how happy i was the day i found this website....a place where i could safely talk to others about what its like for us...the ones who suffer from this invasion...

I really wonder if our government is really in la la land or what....maybe since the invasion isn't in their neighborhood, they just don't care...other wise it would be all different.

Thank you ALIPAC and William for all you do!
