Whether you are a sponsoring company or individual, VISANOW's experienced legal team can guide you through the available options and ensure you make the proper selection for a successful application.

Employers should prepare a strategic alternative plan for employees who do not get included in the H-1B visa cap. There are a number of viable options for hiring foreign nationals in professional positions.

Depending on the specific situation alternate visas without the limitations of the H-1B are available for workers hired to perform a specialized skill. Most of the alternatives are also processed at a faster rate than those hindered by the cap.

A few options to consider include: TN visa, L visa, O visa, E visa, B-1 visa, F-1/OPT visa and H-3 visa. These cater to employers who need a foreign national to fill a specialized position.

The O visa? Give me a break! Is that for a foreign sex worker? Lou Dobbs stated on his CNN broadcast that the US has at least 23 foreign guest worker programs and that the US State Department does not have a complete list of these program themselves!

I suppose the "TN visa" lets you work in Tennessee...

Which just proves we have a ton of "paths" to get here legally. They just want a 8 lane highway without any rules.

I too heard Lou Dobbs say that even our own government does not now how many visa programs we have. There is just too much government, too much waste, and no one knows what is really going on.

    Ephesians 4:32
    Matthew 19:26
But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.

Foreign lobbyists get what they want behind closed doors and the end "result" is hundreds of pages of hard to understand legalese and other 'fine print' garbage that not even are own Congress can understand, and is filled with loopholes and other back-doors that the recipient has paid to place in. We know this is happening because entire law firms all over the US help companies find "legal" ways to fire American workers from their jobs and replace them with foreigners from "client" countries like India.

I really think our government has collapsed and we are running the car on fumes...

Still believe many are back door agreements for the "free trade" agenda.
