The truth is the Arizona law is both reasonable and constitutional. It mirrors substantially what has been federal law in the United States for many decades. Arizona’s law is designed to complement, not supplant, enforcement of federal immigration laws.

If you know Governor Brewer, remind her of that; and also the fact that the MO law has never been challenged!

I hope the DOJ's and Obama's lswsuit crashes an burns in the courts of justice, just as it should. If this thing goes the other way, once more it will be abundantly clear that this nation and its government have been highjacked by those who seek to destroy democracy and capitalism..there won't be any question about it. If Airzona's law is struck down, we will either have to rebel on a massive scale or go quietly into the night..either it won't be over, or it will.

That day will come. Be prepared. Obama is working for the new world order and not you or I. He hates everything about America and that is evident by his actions in the past and present. God help us with his actions in the future. We all should make sure that after Novemeber, he will have no more bills to sign into law. Impeach this imposter! Traitor through and through!!

For this reason, I ordered the Arizona Peace Officer Standards and Training Board (AZPOST) to develop training on the new law for Arizona’s police officers. AZPOST has completed the training course and has published it for the all world to see at www.azpost.state.az.us/SB1070infocenter.htm. AZPOST has done its job professionally and served Arizona well.

I wonder if AG Eric Holder has seen this new video by AZPOST yet.

Come to think of it, I wonder if Holder has read SB-1070 yet.

A lawsuit is a total waste of taxpayer money.

I liked it better when, before AG Holder decided to file this Federal lawsuit, their official position was to simply declare that illegal aliens referred by Arizona to ICE would not necessarily be deported. Why don't they simply keep this position, and save us all some money? Sometimes it's hard to understand politics and political correctness.

its because the crooks /traitors in office are only concerned with money.

Gov. Brewer Rocks! I am sure that Arizona will prevail! I have been watching Fox and listening to the architects of SB 1070 and I feel that AZ has a better than 75% chance of winning. Of course, if the Messiah loses, he will just write an executive order over-riding the Justice Dept.

What gets me is that several counties and other states have adopted much the same laws. Prince William County Virginia has had a similar rule on the books for 3 years now. Initially there was a mass exodous out of the county, but they have all returned (why I moved out). Why hasn't the Messiah gone after those counties?

I even stood tall with those who supported the law. But now, it is OK for illegals to waive their home countries flag in our face, threaten to kill our Police Officers, get Federal funding for organizations like La Raza, Mecha, etc and advocate for the return of the south west states to Mexico. To disobey our laws, committ murders, be deported and come back to committ more murders, rapes, or violent acts. Something must change, and I feel that Arizona has the chance to be that change...not what the Messiah wanted, but to bad, he had his chance...

It is a travesty to use the taxpayer supported DOJ for treasonous policies. GWB bullied Johnny Sutton to go after Ramos and Compean, and ruined their lives, to send a very strong message against enforcement. Now, Arizona.

I have not seen one case of failure to pay income taxes against any illegal, and all the IRS would have to do is sweep in on just one subcontractor, pull the 1099's, and check to see that the wages paid match taxes filed. Not one. But countless numbers of legal citizens are audited, fined and penalized every day.
