Foreign National Martial Arts Instructor Pleads Guilty To Raping 12-Year-Old Student




NEW YORK CITY, NY – On Tuesday, Hector Quinchi, 37, was sentenced to seven years behind bars, after pleading guilty to first-degree rape, endangering the welfare of a child and other charges.


The victim, a 12-year-old girl, took lessons from Quinchi at Hugo’s Taekwondo studio in Sunnyside, Queens. The sexual abuse took place over a two-month period beginning in August 2019.


The Ecuadorian national repeatedly sexually assaulted the girl, eventually raping her, according to prosecutors.


The girl eventually reported the attacks to her parents, who quickly called police.


The New York Post reported:

“This defendant was supposed to teach this youngster how to defend herself, but he was the one from whom she needed protection,” said Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz. “He manipulated a child too young to consent to sex.”

The judge accepted the plea deal worked out between District Attorney Katz and Quinchi's lawyer, in exchange for a much lighter sentence. If the case had gone to trial, and resulted in a guilty verdict, the illegal alien faced up to 25 years in prison.


Quinchi should be deported upon completion of his prison sentence, but since New York is a 'sanctuary city,' and the entire state has basically become a haven for criminal aliens, it is doubtful that will take place.

New York "sanctuary city" responsible for another rape of a child at the hands of an illegal alien.

Something has got to be legally done to end sanctuary cities now and these people need to be deported! Every last one of them.

These Mayors and Governors need to be prosecuted for this and removed from office.
