Hannity: McCain's Campaign Cheap Shot at Romney

Sean Hannity is hitting McCain hard today on McCain's false charges against Romney regarding Iraq timetables. Hannity's calling this "shameful," a dirty trick, a "McCain Florida surprise."

Hannity is very disgusted with the tactics of the McCain campaign's tactics. Called this dispicable and false, but McCain's campaign keeps putting out this false information about Romney supporting an Iraq timetable. It's dishonest of the McCain campaign to do this.

The very same thing that McCain complained so bitterly about in 2000.

McCain seems to be pulling out all the stops.I just saw an interview on Fox with Carl Cameron where he said (paraphrasing) that,"if it was left up to Romney,Iraq would be in Al Quida's hands now." How low can he go? He seems to have no shame.

Thanks Populist. Hearing Sean at this moment. I hope his comments are heard by FL conservatives.

Hannity listing all the media outlets that have said what McCain said is false.

Hannity: this is a "last minute dirty trick" by McCain. Romney never said he would set a specific date for withdrawal.

McCain is hoping that conservatives will accept this false charge without knowing the facts.

Hannity: McCain campaign using tactics of the left. Tactics Hannity would expect from the Clintons. Unseemly. Said McCain is using our troops in this tactic as well. Said sadly these tactics usually work.

Hannity: can use ads against McCain/Kennedy (amnesty) bill, McCain opposing tax cuts etc.

Have to decide in Florida if these tactics are acceptable (lists all the FL stations he is one), a flagrant foul, last minute cheap shot.

Caller from Florida states she was a victim of 5 McCain calls before noon, (distorting Romney's positions on issues). Caller disgusted.

Hannity said some conservatives upset with Crist's endorsement.

Question from Hannity: Is McCain willing to "compromise his value system" to win this badly?? This is dishonest.

The talk here in FL is he was probably given the VP nod for the endorsement.

McCain is absolutely horrible. How could any conservative want to vote for him, especially after all of his open borders antics?

We'd have no problem answering that.
